The young and ambitious head chef Sascha Förster places particular emphasis on exciting dishes with influences from Michelin-starred cuisine.
The combination of health and indulgence is integrated into the dishes with ease. His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite.
