In addition to the breathtaking surroundings, the indoor area impresses above all with its professionalism and authenticity. The versatile spa and wellness landscape extends over a total of 4,000 m². The extensive pool landscape has a large indoor pool with integrated bubble loungers and massage jets as well as a splash shower. The panoramic whirlpool offers a fantastic view of the idyllic landscape from above. Depending on the weather, the outdoor pool can be used through the airlock. The sauna area has two outdoor log cabin saunas with a natural biotope, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam baths, Himalayan salt grotto, Kneipp pool and relaxation rooms. There is a separate ladies' sauna area with bio-sauna and loungers in the beauty pavilion. Anyone who takes a sauna, works out or swims laps naturally needs some well-earned relaxation afterwards. Original Ayurveda from Sri Lanka! Original Ayurveda treatments have been offered at the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee for more than 20 years. The Ayurveda center is integrated on a separate floor of the hotel and an Ayurveda doctor and specialists from Sri Lanka, the country of origin, carry out the holistic treatments. This means you can experience an Ayurveda cure with authentic treatments and experience the traditional philosophy of this millennia-old health teaching. The Ayurveda treatments, which last several days, include consultations, original Ayurveda treatments and the Ayurvedic nutritional concept. The team of therapists from Sri Lanka takes a sensitive and professional approach to the special needs and life situations of each individual guest, making each individual Ayurveda treatment a lasting pleasure.

The ingredients are dominated by Swiss stone pine and arnica oil, silver quartzite and pure mountain water from the hotel's own spring.

A fascinating natural landscape of legendary beauty awaits guests: the largest high alpine pasture in Europe surrounded by the magnificent mountain scenery of the Dolomites. Staged by a panorama that almost takes your breath away, guests will find everything their heart desires: hiking from alpine hut to alpine hut through meadows and forests with 3,426 different plant and animal species to discover. Those who prefer something a little more sporty will find an unlimited mountain hiking experience in the majestic Dolomite giants such as Sassolungo and Sassopiatto, Sciliar and the Molignon massif. Mountain bikers can choose from 33 routes with fantastic views and relaxing rest points with rustic huts. And in nearby Castelrotto, golfers will find an 18-hole, 69-par course surrounded by impressive nature with streams, ponds and waterfalls. Families and children will love the sensory trail to the witches' springs, which starts directly at the Tirler. This hiking loop offers a deep experience of unspoiled nature with lots of fun and primal games. The forest above the Tirler becomes an adventure playground and a nature classroom at the same time. Everything is right outside the hotel gate at the Tirler. Right next door is the rustic Tirler Alm, awarded the title of South Tyrol's most beautiful alpine hut.
