Experience a perfect symbiosis of wellness, relaxation and indulgence in the exclusive restaurant "Zum Schlösschen", the culinary heart of the resort. Local and seasonal ingredients are arranged to create visually appealing culinary delights. Pure, uncomplicated, modern - often with a twist and nuances from distant lands. As the Moselle is considered the most important wine-growing region in Germany, head chef Kristof Nemes compiles the entire menu in close collaboration with hotel manager Marcel Burbach, who is a proven wine connoisseur and lover. If you want to treat yourself to a nightcap in the evening after feasting in a sophisticated atmosphere and with lively conversation, then Betty's Bar is the place for you.
