The 43 rooms and 14 studios are perfectly proportioned and elegantly composed, and were designed by star architects NOA from Bolzano South Tyrol, alongside other areas such as the fine dining restaurant "Kantine Rosine", the "Queen Vicky Bar", the "Rosensaal Kino" and the unique SPA in the roof truss.

The unique and AHEAD Europe award-winning Premium SPA in the roof truss extends over almost 800 square meters on 2 floors. The highlight is the open and heated infinity pool with a direct view of the old town, which is open all year round. The offer is rounded off by a Finnish sauna, steam sauna, banya and fresh air area, as well as several treatment rooms. All directly under the roof gable. Thermen Bad Nieuweschans offers the finest in wellness and enjoyment of nature: a thermal bath at 36° C and a park bath with 34° C warm, mineral-rich healing water from its own spring, an outdoor pool, a garden with sunbathing area and a large sauna area invite you to relax. From April to October, the large bathrobe park with hammocks and barefoot path attracts guests.

The hotel restaurant is one of the top 10 in Groningen and one of the 500 best restaurants in the Netherlands.

Thermen Bad Nieuweschans is characterized above all by its thermal baths with warm, mineral-rich healing water from its own spring. In the sauna garden there is a panorama pool, a Finnish sauna and a kelo, herbal and earth sauna. Inside, 3 new saunas have recently been added.
