His creative, experimental cuisine has already been awarded one Michelin star, one Green Michelin star and four Gault&Millau toques; Andreas Herbst is also a member of the renowned "Jeunes Restaurateurs d' Europe" association.

Some of our guests came across Hotel Deimann by chance: They have "discovered" our hotel while driving through the Sauerland. Together with his kitchen team, Sascha Förster transforms the best products from the Alps and around the world into extravagant and unique gourmet creations. His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite. The Secret Forest Fine Dining Experience was awarded two golden forks by Falstaff after its first year and is a "must" for every gourmet.
