The project, commissioned by the three brothers Andreas, Christian and Alex Goller, represents their dream come true and embodies their passion for hospitality, love of nature and life’s pleasures.

As you can tell by name of the hotel, the amiable hoteliers place particular importance to their land and family: in fact, Santre is a mashup of "San" for Sant’Andrea and "tre" for three brothers.

But what makes this destination special? On one hand is the incomparable location of the structure, located on a sun-kissed hill with a spectacular view of the mountains and the Isarco Valley. On the other hand, the many recreation and relaxation choices, ranging from sports in the countryside together with your hosts, to moments of regeneration in the spa, to excellent food and wine offerings. The Gollers feel at their best amid the alpine landscapes. Here, they involve guests in an exciting programme full of activities: hikes, mountain bike tours, climbing in summer, skiing and sledding in winter, and regularly organized excursions accompanied by expert guides. The spacious property has 111 rooms and suites in an impressive Art Nouveau building ensemble. The Gästehaus Halenberg welcomes arrivals in the spacious foyer, whose eye-catcher is God Bacchus, carved out of stone and enthroned above a soothingly rippling fountain. Guests can choose between modern rooms and suites in the Halenberg guest house and the tastefully furnished romantic rooms in the original guest houses. The detached Heimat & SPA Lodges on the mountain offer a very individual and discreet type of vacation.

Like the Gästehaus Halenberg, the SPA Frühlingsplätzchen is named after one of the premium vineyards on the Nahe. Covering an area of approx. 3,500m², the SPA is a wonderful place to relax in Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, steam baths, an indoor pool and whirlpool as well as five differently designed relaxation rooms. The wellness offer is complemented by outdoor attractions such as the Hubertus sauna, the 20-metre-long heated outdoor pool and the SPA garden by the river. In 2020, the exclusive Prana SPA celebrated its opening. It is dedicated to the "activation of energy centers", individual chakra work, meditation and aerial yoga.

The multi-award-winning wellness resort in the heart of Rhineland-Palatinate owes its fame not least to its exquisite cuisine: in addition to the Villa restaurant and the Hermannshof gourmet restaurant, the Jungborn attracts guests from near and far. Bergdorf Sterr: Less than 100 meters from the hotel, the six rustic old wood chalets are arranged around a peaceful swimming pond in a unique symbiosis with nature to form a small mountain village. Four chalets for two people and two chalets for four people captivate guests with their stylish, rustic charm. A successful example of privacy with an open fireplace, private sauna and outdoor whirlpool on the terrace. With their loving attention to detail, these chalets were and still are style-defining in the region. The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. No two accommodation units in the hotel are the same - some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the greenery. The accommodation is located in different parts of the Black Forest House dating from 1639 or in the Belle Époque main building from the 19th century.

In the five individually designed rooms of the "Adler Stuben" restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus, Baden specialties and international seasonal dishes are served - in the very own interpretation of kitchen director and spice sommelier Bernhard König, who comes from the region and is committed to the Slow Food® philosophy. For all their innovative spirit, the Gerstl family relies on tried and tested dishes: the hotel's regionally oriented cuisine, which sources its products from the surrounding area to support the farmers in the valley and protect the environment with short transportation routes, is already a tradition. Once a week on r30 Day, all ingredients even come from within a radius of no more than thirty kilometers - this is when the creativity of head chef Michael Ziernheld and his team is particularly in demand. It is clear how much everyone is behind this concept. When the first elderflowers can be harvested in early summer, for example, fresh blossoms from many of the employees' gardens are brought to the hotel for processing. Fruit, herbs and berries are also grown locally by the GERSTL Unique team. If you would like to take a look behind the scenes of the Gerstl's gourmet workshop, you can do so at the weekly kitchen party. Here, culinary delights are celebrated in a special way and guests are invited to watch the chefs prepare dinner and collect the delicacies from the kitchen in person. If that's not enough, book an exclusive evening at Gerstl's Chef's Table in the middle of the action in the hotel kitchen.

The extent to which the family is rooted in the region is illustrated not only by the r30 philosophy in the food, but also by its continuation in other areas: Building materials are sourced locally wherever possible and are processed by local craftspeople, the cosmetic products are made from regional ingredients and even the staff almost all come from within a radius of just 30 kilometers.

The Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See, is a family-run hotel in the 5th generation. Family zur Brügge invests a lot of passion and work in the hotel. Some of the modern hotel rooms have the wonderful view to the Zwischenahner lake. The two different restaurants spoil with regional cuisine with international influences. The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star. In both restaurants products from the garden are used: eggs from the own free-range chickens, herbs and vegetables from the own garden and the greenhouse. The wonderful landscape offers many leisure time activities as stand-up-paddling boards, pedal-boat on the own private beach. The surrounding area can be discovered by bicycle, Segway or foot.
