Cuisine & indulgence at the Klosterhof
Under the motto "Your mood defines your food", the Klosterhof offers its guests a multi-course gourmet menu for three different types of gourmet, which has absolutely nothing to do with the classic half-board cuisine from the standard hotel industry. The young and ambitious head chef Sascha Förster places particular emphasis on exciting dishes with influences from Michelin-starred cuisine.
The combination of health and indulgence is integrated into the dishes with ease. Both at breakfast, where a green wall tempts you to use fresh herbs, with healthy lunch bowls in the afternoon, and in the evening, where there is a purely plant-based "Kraut & Rüben" menu based on a vegan diet without industrial substitute products in addition to the creative and cosmopolitan "Chef's Choice" menu, the vital and regional "Bergwiese" menu.

The gourmet summit with Förster's personal, individual culinary signature takes place every Saturday: In anexclusive setting for just 12 people, the "Secret Forest - Fine Dining Experience" takes placein a secret location . Together with his kitchen team, Sascha Förster transforms the best products from the Alps and around the world into extravagant and unique gourmet creations. His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite. The Secret Forest Fine Dining Experience was awarded two golden forks by Falstaff after its first year and is a "must" for every gourmet.

Andreas Färber opened the Klosterhof as a unique relaxation oasis in the Berchtesgadener Land region with precisely this enthusiasm. Here, they involve guests in an exciting programme full of activities: hikes, mountain bike tours, climbing in summer, skiing and sledding in winter, and regularly organized excursions accompanied by expert guides. Not only are the hotel's 67 rooms and suites spacious, but also the entire 130,000 square meter hotel park. There is plenty of space in the coastal forest for vacation apartments and separate country houses, many of which are traditionally thatched. Guests decide for themselves how much hotel service they want.

Relaxation and slowing down or sporting power, active vacations and exercise in nature - the boundaries are fluid here, one thing leads to another. Optimal conditions have been created for this: the FISCHLAND SPA- & SPORTWELT with 4500 square meters, which is unparalleled on the Baltic Sea coast. The glass fronts in front of the indoor pool offer a view of the greenery. The sauna area also includes an outdoor sauna in the dunes with access to the Baltic Sea.

Indoor and outdoor tennis court. Badminton. A fitness area equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. Yoga, Pilates, circuit training or aqua aerobics - guests can choose from the daily course and activity program. The Gästehaus Halenberg welcomes arrivals in the spacious foyer, whose eye-catcher is God Bacchus, carved out of stone and enthroned above a soothingly rippling fountain.
