All five senses on the fifth floor: awaken your spirits at the very top of the Bergland! The Sky Spa above the rooftops of Sölden is breathtaking. A 2,200 m² wellness retreat with a constant view of the mountains surrounding Sölden. The local mountain, Nederkogl, a three-thousand-meter peak, greets bathers in the indoor pool as well as in the panoramic outdoor whirlpool. Here you can swim in revitalized Grander water, which is also used throughout the hotel to refresh body and soul.

The sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna and textile sauna is a hot spot in the truest sense of the word. Cool down and relax in the varied relaxation and rest areas. An established hotel: the Riedlberg has been owned by the Graßl and Mühlbauer families since 1912 and has been carefully expanded from a small mountain inn to a 4-star superior wellness hotel, yet has remained manageable with 58 rooms and suites.

Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).
