At the end of 2022, the renovation and expansion work of the new Spa will begin, inspired by the well-established concept of the award-winning Almablu Wellness & Spa of Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa. entirely renovated and expanded to more than 2700 m2. Right from the start, the guests of Almar Giardino di Costanza Resort & Spa will still be able to enjoy the wellness treatments of the rich Almablu offer based on traditional Chinese medicine and developed exclusively by a pool of experts with the aim of rebalancing body and mind.

The wellness experience offered by Almablu Wellness & Spa of Almar Giardino di Costanza Resort & Spa is a real journey through time that will make our Guest relive Sicily in the different historical periods during which diverse dominations, the Roman, the Arab, and the Norman, took place and influenced and enriched this splendid land with their own costumes and traditions.

To create a memorable Guest experience, the Resort provides a wide range of treatments that incorporate the ancient knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which identifies in the balance of QI energy the tool to achieve physical and mental energy and improve the overall feeling of wellbeing. The treatments are the same as those offered by the well-established, award winning Almablu Wellness & Spa at Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa and are designed and created exclusively for us by a pool of experts, with the aim of rebalancing body and mind, relieving them from stress, tension, and fatigue.

All our Suites and Junior Suites have exclusive balconies or spacious private terraces that bring unrivalled brightness to the room. The furnishings, renovated before the opening, are refined and elegant, meticulously appointed, in delicate shades of pearl white and cashmere gray. The high semi-vaulted ceilings with touches of Baroque plaster in the decorations emphasize the Island’s elegant and authentic style.

The AquaMadre Restaurant offers its Guests a culinary experience that blends modernity with Western customs but stands out for the new twists provided by global influences. The gastronomic options offered by AquaMadre Restaurant include an extensive selection of traditional dishes that retrace quintessentially Sicilian flavours, using only the best local raw materials.
      
Turchinu Lounge & Terrace is the Resort's main Lounge Bar. "Turchinu" is the Sicilian expression used to describe the color turquoise, that is, the intense blue-green inspired by the marine landscape of the Western Island. The panoramic terrace extends outside the bar and overlooks the Resort’s inner courtyard. It is decorated with the exact same shades of light blue green, the mere sight of which induces peace and serenity to the mind, allowing the body and mind to relax.

Enjoy this fascinating panorama poolside at our Citrus Pool Bar while savouring a refreshing summer drink lying on comfortable oversized loungers or sitting on fun blue majolica stools in the pool. An ambience that also invites you to try the extensive selection of products of the traditional Sicilian “rotisserie”: panelle, arancine, onion rings, mixed fried fish with red shrimp from Mazara del Vallo, will be just a sample of the delicacies that you can choose from among our wide range of local dishes.

Just 15/20 minutes from our Resort is located the exclusive Lido di Costanza; a tribute to Costanza d’Altavilla, mother of Emperor Frederick II, protagonist of the Arab-Norman era. Enchanting place to spend the hottest days. Sunbeds and umbrellas available for all guests of the Resort A gulf to be experienced thanks to the catering services that surround it. Culinary proposals based on local fish to be savored on a panoramic terrace facing the sea that offers a typical view of the West coast. Alternatively, a dedicated refreshment corner will be available all day and will accompany you with fresh snacks and drinks on the hottest days.

Whether challenging on the mountain or leisurely along the lakeshore, there are many opportunities for jogging and cycling in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Lindau Island and the old town of Bregenz can be reached withina 10 minute drive.
The Lake Constance community Lochau, with the striking local mountain Pfänder (1,064m), offers the ideal setting for an unclouded and impressive vacation enjoyment. Equipped with stylish furniture and designer beds, bathroom with bathtub and/or rain shower, hairdryer, separate WC, bath bag with bathrobe and bath towel, air conditioning, telephone, radio, satellite TV, safe, minibar (included), Nespresso coffee machine and tea maker as well as WiFi, they offer all the amenities for your feel-good vacation. All rooms are also equipped with bed linen for allergy sufferers and are free from animal hair and plants.

serenity is lived and health is strengthened . Authenticity, regionality and a mindful approach to people and nature are at the forefront here.
Built largely with materials from the surrounding area, the passive house with its floor-to-ceiling glazing blends harmoniously into the landscape. In the restaurant with sun terrace, you can enjoy culinary delights - regional, seasonal and freshly prepared - with a magnificent panoramic view and accompanied by wines from the hotel's own wine cellar. At the hotel bar you can end the day with cocktails and gin and rum specialties . The library with forest view and the wellness garden at the edge of the forest invite you to browse and relax. A lockable bicycle storage room , an e-charging station (for a fee), elevator and free parking at the house complete the offer. WLAN is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

Catering
Half board: Gourmet breakfast buffet with regional products and delicious egg dishes, afternoon wellness buffet in the restaurant between 13.00h and 16.00h, multi-course evening menu - choose from to to 5-course from the daily changing menu including vegetarian and vegan options. Food allergies and intolerances can be catered for if ordered in advance.
Regionality and seasonality are in the product selection in the kitchen in the foreground . The products used come in part from our own certified organic farm.

Wellness
The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². In the wellness area, which extends over two floors, you will find an indoor pool (approx. 30°C) with panoramic views, a sauna area with Finnish sauna, panorama sanarium, infrared sauna, brine and aroma steam bath and foot Kneipp pool as well as a relaxation room with tea bar and towels for free use. From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.

SPA Treatments
For a fee: Soothing or invigorating massages, skin-tightening treatments, relaxing body treatments and individual personal training sessions are optimally tailored to your needs with mental and health treatments on . Based on the four themes
"Mountain - Lake - Forest - Meadow", the range extends from massages such as full-body massages, including with warm and iced stones, herbal stamps and bee-gold honey, aroma massages, foot massage, back massage and head massage to full-body wraps and peelings, including detox wrap with salt mud and relaxation wrap with fango, to various bathing rituals - alone or as a couple. The offer is complemented by facial treatments for him and her, well ageing treatments as well as manicures and pedicures.

For a fee: The OASE Health Model© by Diana Sicher-Fritsch MSc is a holistic concept that helps people to reduce the tension between stress and resilience. It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.
