In addition to the breathtaking surroundings, the indoor area impresses above all with its professionalism and authenticity. The versatile spa and wellness landscape extends over a total of 4,000 m². The extensive pool landscape has a large indoor pool with integrated bubble loungers and massage jets as well as a splash shower. The panoramic whirlpool offers a fantastic view of the idyllic landscape from above. Depending on the weather, the outdoor pool can be used through the airlock. The sauna area has two outdoor log cabin saunas with a natural biotope, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam baths, Himalayan salt grotto, Kneipp pool and relaxation rooms. There is a separate ladies' sauna area with bio-sauna and loungers in the beauty pavilion. Anyone who takes a sauna, works out or swims laps naturally needs some well-earned relaxation afterwards. Comfortable loungers and double loungers with a fantastic view over the Black Forest and the beautiful sun terraces invite you to relax. There are also quiet islands for two to four people.

For more relaxation, there is a wide range of soothing treatments to choose from: massages, facial or body treatments, baths and wraps or traditional wellness rituals - alone or as a couple. The signature treatments from nature are also unique, such as special treatments with wild herbs from the Black Forest, massages with warm granite stones and fir oil or rubdowns with pine cones.

Original Ayurveda from Sri Lanka! Original Ayurveda treatments have been offered at the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee for more than 20 years. The Ayurveda center is integrated on a separate floor of the hotel and an Ayurveda doctor and specialists from Sri Lanka, the country of origin, carry out the holistic treatments. This means you can experience an Ayurveda cure with authentic treatments and experience the traditional philosophy of this millennia-old health teaching. The Ayurveda treatments, which last several days, include consultations, original Ayurveda treatments and the Ayurvedic nutritional concept. The team of therapists from Sri Lanka takes a sensitive and professional approach to the special needs and life situations of each individual guest, making each individual Ayurveda treatment a lasting pleasure.

Culinary: The aim of the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee is to offer hospitality at the highest level. This includes not only the best regional ingredients, but also imaginative creations. The legendary Vier Jahreszeiten gourmet breakfast buffet, for example, provides top-class indulgence, including a wide selection of gluten-, lactose- and dairy-free products. At lunchtime and in the afternoon, Café Gugelhupf invites you to enjoy small dishes and a large selection of cakes from the in-house patisserie. In the evening, 6-course menus with vegetarian / vegan alternatives or delicious à la carte dishes are offered in the panorama restaurant. The restaurant "Am Kachelofen" offers varied buffets with the best from the hotel's home region, the Black Forest, as part of the half-board (open depending on occupancy). And if the weather doesn't play ball, the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee offers a wide range of indoor sports activities with or without supervision as well as well-equipped fitness areas. Thermen Bad Nieuweschans offers the finest in wellness and enjoyment of nature: a thermal bath at 36° C and a park bath with 34° C warm, mineral-rich healing water from its own spring, an outdoor pool, a garden with sunbathing area and a large sauna area invite you to relax. From April to October, the large bathrobe park with hammocks and barefoot path attracts guests.

At the 4-star superior hotel, you are always in the right place. This starts with the hut-style reception. Of course, the hotel has modern card keys, but there are still a few of the beautiful old key rings with the family crest hanging on the hooks. Tradition combined with modern comfort is how you could describe the style of the Alpenhof. This can also be seen in the Almbar, which has much of what is commonly understood by Bavarian coziness. The restaurant area is more elegant. Here you can enjoy the sumptuous breakfast buffet and the magnificent view outside. In the evening, there are various menus to choose from.

The comfort rooms are designed in a variety of ways, sometimes in a modern, sometimes in a classic country house style. The feel-good Sauna-Alm is really rustic, as the sauna area is reminiscent of cozy alpine huts and Stad'l. The infrared cabin made of Swiss stone pine provides gentle deep warmth, the steam bath is filled with wonderful brine and herbal mist and perhaps the best thing to do after a sauna session in the Hütt'n sauna with a view of the valley in winter is to rub yourself down with powder snow in the sheltered outdoor area. Afterwards, you can retreat to the relaxation rooms, which are designed like tunnels in a salt mine or old barns, where you can relax wonderfully. The adjoining wellness oasis offers an all-round pampering program. The various massages and treatments provide true wellness pleasure. In addition to classic massages, there are Far Eastern SPA massages, Ayurveda massages and special massages for expectant mothers. The cosmetics department uses the organic cosmetics line from Dr. Spiller, an effective skincare line from the region.

Next door in the indoor pool, you should definitely take a leisurely lap on your back and take a look at the hand-carved wooden ceiling. This ancient carpentry technique is no longer found very often. Small carvings on the pillars look very elegant - which is typical of the Alpenhof. Tradition meets modernity and rustic meets elegant. In the outdoor pool, hot meets cold, at least when it's winter and you can swim through the snow-covered landscape. The outdoor pool is heated to a pleasant 30°C all year round, as is the pleasantly warm 37°C whirlpool.

Afterwards, you can lie down in the sun pavilion, look out over the meadows and forests to the mountain peaks and relax. Here, unwinding becomes a tangible reality. And if you haven't had enough exercise while hiking, you're sure to find it in the fitness room with Techno-Gym equipment. Behind the Alpenhof is the Zapletal family. While Stefan Zapletal looks after the hotel with its 52 rooms, his wife Gabi, a trained chef, is in charge of the kitchen. But the most important thing for both of them is their staff. "We provide the frame, our employees paint the picture," says Stefan Zapletal, who is happy to have such a strong team. After all, guests should simply feel at home in this beautiful hotel in the midst of glorious nature.

Optimal conditions have been created for this: the FISCHLAND SPA- & SPORTWELT with 4500 square meters, which is unparalleled on the Baltic Sea coast. The glass fronts in front of the indoor pool offer a view of the greenery. The sauna area also includes an outdoor sauna in the dunes with access to the Baltic Sea.

Indoor and outdoor tennis court. Badminton. A fitness area equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. Yoga, Pilates, circuit training or aqua aerobics - guests can choose from the daily course and activity program. In the open air, there are tennis and badminton courts, a fitness trail through the forest and bike hire. In summer, kitesurfing and surfing are practiced on the hotel beach.
