The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.

The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.

A unique hotel that reflects the Rabanser family's deep connection to nature in all its facets. "Feeling reborn" is the philosophy of the hotel and to this end, an incomparable offer for body, mind and soul has been created with great professionalism. "Green Living" - pure nature in a modern design, based on the UNESCO Biosphere Program. With 31 rooms ranging from 40 - 66 m², the architecture of which was inspired by nature, as evidenced by the use of organic building materials such as wood, stone and clay. The "Tirler Dolomites Living Hotel" was the first hotel in Italy to be awarded the ECARF quality seal for allergy-friendliness. This unique project was developed in cooperation with institutes of building biology, environmental medicine and experts in motorology. The organic concept is also reflected in the restaurant. The Bavarian Forest is known as Europe’s most beautiful low mountain landscape, remarkable natural park in Germany and impressive magic forest in Bavaria. When speaking of the forest itself, it is usually meant the breathtaking cultural landscape in the east of Bavaria on the border to Bohemia. Endless hiking trails in untouched nature and a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in every season have made the Bavarian Forest one of the famous family holiday regions in Germany.

The winter in the Bavarian Forest is like a wonderland of forest and snow.
