Gourmets and friends of the Hofstube restaurant were aware that Hotel Deimann has an exceptional chef at the stove in Felix Weber. Once a week on r30 Day, all ingredients even come from within a radius of no more than thirty kilometers - this is when the creativity of head chef Michael Ziernheld and his team is particularly in demand. When the first elderflowers can be harvested in early summer, for example, fresh blossoms from many of the employees' gardens are brought to the hotel for processing. Fruit, herbs and berries are also grown locally by the GERSTL Unique team. The Ayurveda center is integrated on a separate floor of the hotel and an Ayurveda doctor and specialists from Sri Lanka, the country of origin, carry out the holistic treatments. This means you can experience an Ayurveda cure with authentic treatments and experience the traditional philosophy of this millennia-old health teaching. The Ayurveda treatments, which last several days, include consultations, original Ayurveda treatments and the Ayurvedic nutritional concept.
