Our fitness studio has been equipped with new, professional equipment from Technogym. In the 300 square meter fitness resort you will find 25 stations in the strength area and 15 stations in the cardio area to increase your physical endurance and your personal well-being. Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise and rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the BalanceSPA offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities and facilities of BalanceSPORT. These include a perfectly equipped fitness room with cardio and weight machines (bikes, treadmills, weight bench, kinetics equipment) for strength and conditioning training. Personal trainers are available to provide professional support. The See Lodge also features a large rooftop garden complete with relaxation loungers and a YogaROOM. To round off the offer, we also organise a rich weekly programme of sports activities in the most scenic of all gyms – the great outdoors.

Healthy and regional, yet delectable and innovative, the BalanceCUISINE led by chef Michael Mayr provides the perfect crowning to your holiday experience. In addition to our classic panoramic lake-view restaurant, the See Lodge delights guests with an exclusive speciality restaurant, our "underwarter restaurant", serving fresh fish daily. Mâitre d’Hotel and sommelier Matteo Lattanzi shares his passion for good wines with See Lodge guests and keeps the small wine cellar filled with the finest bottles on the market. A tasting of wines and local produce is the perfect crowning to a day of indulgence!

The 5-star sports and pleasure hotel Silvretta in the heart of Ischgl has been run by the Zangerl family since it was established in 1930 and has retained its family atmosphere to this day.

In winter as well as in summer, guests experience warm attention and genuine Tyrolean hospitality. With the "sports and enjoyment" concept, every guest has the opportunity to choose their own focus for the holiday.

Due to the culinary diversity in the different restaurants, the guests can let themselves be pampered, leaving nothing to be desired. From traditional Tyrolean cuisine in the WIARTSHAUS or KITZLOCH restaurant to pizzas and Italian delicacies in the BÄRAFALLA restaurant or a delicious menu in the ALPIN half-board restaurant. Whether traditional, rustic or exclusive, there is something for every taste. Products from the in-house farm "Maashof" and from our own "Larein Alpe" are used in all restaurants.
