The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.

In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training.
