The Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See, is a family-run hotel in the 5th generation. Family zur Brügge invests a lot of passion and work in the hotel. Some of the modern hotel rooms have the wonderful view to the Zwischenahner lake. The two different restaurants spoil with regional cuisine with international influences. The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star. In both restaurants products from the garden are used: eggs from the own free-range chickens, herbs and vegetables from the own garden and the greenhouse. The wonderful landscape offers many leisure time activities as stand-up-paddling boards, pedal-boat on the own private beach. The surrounding area can be discovered by bicycle, Segway or foot.

Europe's greenest hotel is in South Tyrol: on the trail of sustainability
In 2023, the climate-positive Naturhotel Leitlhof was awarded the title of "Europe's Leading Green Hotel" for the fourth time and can once again call itself an official "climate partner". The hotel also meets the criteria of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council. The commitment to nature and climate protection includes the energy supply with its own wood-fired combined heat and power plant, electric car charging stations and local suppliers.

South Tyrolean slow food in its most original form
The cuisine at Naturhotel Leitlhof is sustainable, regional and seasonal. The chefs use freshly picked herbs from their own garden to refine their dishes. The nearby farm "Mühlhof", which also belongs to the Mühlmann family, provides the hotel with many types of vegetables and potatoes from its own fields. These ingredients are used to cover all the kitchen requirements. The high-quality meat also comes directly from the farm - from the hotel's own Angus cattle farm.

Hiking in the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites
As a member of "Wanderhotels - best alpine", the nature hotel is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and trekking tours. The trails into the world-famous Sesto Dolomites start right outside the door. The hotel's own hiking map with tips from local guides and two certified guides show Leitlhof guests the most beautiful routes off the beaten track several times a week. Tip: Hike to the Toblacher Pfannhorn at 2,663 meters.

Since 2023, Leitlhof guests have been enjoying the 3,000 square meter wellness area in the South Tyrolean four-star superior hotel. The newly designed spa landscape attracts visitors with highlights such as the Japanese-style onsen pool, the black Finnish sauna and the fragrant Swiss stone pine sauna. By bike and train through Val Pusteria/Pustertal
Val Pusteria/Pustertal in the north-east of South Tyrol is a paradise for two-wheeled enthusiasts thanks to its numerous attractive routes, some of which even cross borders. Guests of the Naturhotel Leitlhof can hire bikes and mountain bikes free of charge at the hotel, e-bikes for a fee. With the Mobilcard, buses and trains can be used free of charge throughout South Tyrol. Among the most beautiful routes are those to the Sesto mountain pastures and to Cortina d'Ampezzo - guided bike tours regularly take Leitlhof guests there.

Under the motto "Your mood defines your food", the Klosterhof offers its guests a multi-course gourmet menu for three different types of gourmet, which has absolutely nothing to do with the classic half-board cuisine from the standard hotel industry. The young and ambitious head chef Sascha Förster places particular emphasis on exciting dishes with influences from Michelin-starred cuisine.
The combination of health and indulgence is integrated into the dishes with ease. Both at breakfast, where a green wall tempts you to use fresh herbs, with healthy lunch bowls in the afternoon, and in the evening, where there is a purely plant-based "Kraut & Rüben" menu based on a vegan diet without industrial substitute products in addition to the creative and cosmopolitan "Chef's Choice" menu, the vital and regional "Bergwiese" menu.

The gourmet summit with Förster's personal, individual culinary signature takes place every Saturday: In anexclusive setting for just 12 people, the "Secret Forest - Fine Dining Experience" takes placein a secret location . Together with his kitchen team, Sascha Förster transforms the best products from the Alps and around the world into extravagant and unique gourmet creations. His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite. The Secret Forest Fine Dining Experience was awarded two golden forks by Falstaff after its first year and is a "must" for every gourmet.

Andreas Färber opened the Klosterhof as a unique relaxation oasis in the Berchtesgadener Land region with precisely this enthusiasm. All five senses on the fifth floor: awaken your spirits at the very top of the Bergland! The Sky Spa above the rooftops of Sölden is breathtaking. A 2,200 m² wellness retreat with a constant view of the mountains surrounding Sölden. The local mountain, Nederkogl, a three-thousand-meter peak, greets bathers in the indoor pool as well as in the panoramic outdoor whirlpool. Here you can swim in revitalized Grander water, which is also used throughout the hotel to refresh body and soul.

The sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna and textile sauna is a hot spot in the truest sense of the word. Cool down and relax in the varied relaxation and rest areas. Skin contact with nature is the order of the day here: relaxing in the "Heustadel" is a feast for the senses amidst fragrant hay beds filled with hay from the hotel's own farm.

"Signature Treatment" is the formula for inner and outer beauty at "Sky Beauty". There are no standardized treatments, only individual cosmetic and therapeutic applications. The program is put together after a detailed initial consultation and fits the guest's personal needs like the proverbial key to a lock.
