The Panorama Land- & Wellnesshotel is located in southern Allgäu, fantastically located on a hill with an unobstructed 100km mountain panoramic view.

The modern building, with generous spaces, features 21 sophisticated Suites and 174 spacious refined rooms to meet different needs and embody the highest level of comfort. Finely furnished, spreads over 2.000 sqm, 5 saunas, an ice room, 3 steam baths, a sea view - 48 m3 - “Water Paradise”, emotional showers, 2 relaxation areas, 9 private treatment cabins and more than 70 tailor-made treatments inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. Exclusive massages, rituals and programmes to rebalance inner energies, regenerate & detoxify, relax, immunostimulants and beauty treatments to make your inner beauty shine through on the outside.

ADLERSPA
The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.
Authenticity and quality are paramount at the ADLER Spa: charming, well-trained staff pamper guests with fragrant organic products and an atmosphere of peace and serenity prevails in the relaxation rooms.

ADLERMED
The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.

Whether challenging on the mountain or leisurely along the lakeshore, there are many opportunities for jogging and cycling in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Lindau Island and the old town of Bregenz can be reached withina 10 minute drive.
The Lake Constance community Lochau, with the striking local mountain Pfänder (1,064m), offers the ideal setting for an unclouded and impressive vacation enjoyment. Active vacations are just as possible here as a leisurely relaxing vacation. Water sports, hiking in magnificent scenery, boat trips on the lake and a wide range of cultural activities ensure unadulterated and lasting leisure enjoyment.

Rooms
Discover the charm of nature combined with well thought-out luxury in the 34 modern rooms and junior suites in the main building as well as in the eight open-plan suites with magnificent lake views right next door. Equipped with stylish furniture and designer beds, bathroom with bathtub and/or rain shower, hairdryer, separate WC, bath bag with bathrobe and bath towel, air conditioning, telephone, radio, satellite TV, safe, minibar (included), Nespresso coffee machine and tea maker as well as WiFi, they offer all the amenities for your feel-good vacation. All rooms are also equipped with bed linen for allergy sufferers and are free from animal hair and plants.

Facilities
Arrive - Enjoy - Relax. The family-run Fritsch on Lake is a feel-good hotel for adults aged 16 and over looking for peace and quiet - a place where happiness comes easily,

serenity is lived and health is strengthened . Authenticity, regionality and a mindful approach to people and nature are at the forefront here.
Built largely with materials from the surrounding area, the passive house with its floor-to-ceiling glazing blends harmoniously into the landscape. In the restaurant with sun terrace, you can enjoy culinary delights - regional, seasonal and freshly prepared - with a magnificent panoramic view and accompanied by wines from the hotel's own wine cellar. At the hotel bar you can end the day with cocktails and gin and rum specialties . The library with forest view and the wellness garden at the edge of the forest invite you to browse and relax. A lockable bicycle storage room , an e-charging station (for a fee), elevator and free parking at the house complete the offer. WLAN is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

Catering
Half board: Gourmet breakfast buffet with regional products and delicious egg dishes, afternoon wellness buffet in the restaurant between 13.00h and 16.00h, multi-course evening menu - choose from to to 5-course from the daily changing menu including vegetarian and vegan options. Food allergies and intolerances can be catered for if ordered in advance.
Regionality and seasonality are in the product selection in the kitchen in the foreground . The products used come in part from our own certified organic farm.

Wellness
The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². In the wellness area, which extends over two floors, you will find an indoor pool (approx. 30°C) with panoramic views, a sauna area with Finnish sauna, panorama sanarium, infrared sauna, brine and aroma steam bath and foot Kneipp pool as well as a relaxation room with tea bar and towels for free use. From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.

SPA Treatments
For a fee: Soothing or invigorating massages, skin-tightening treatments, relaxing body treatments and individual personal training sessions are optimally tailored to your needs with mental and health treatments on . Based on the four themes
"Mountain - Lake - Forest - Meadow", the range extends from massages such as full-body massages, including with warm and iced stones, herbal stamps and bee-gold honey, aroma massages, foot massage, back massage and head massage to full-body wraps and peelings, including detox wrap with salt mud and relaxation wrap with fango, to various bathing rituals - alone or as a couple. The offer is complemented by facial treatments for him and her, well ageing treatments as well as manicures and pedicures.

Health
For a fee: The OASE Health Model© by Diana Sicher-Fritsch MSc is a holistic concept that helps people to reduce the tension between stress and resilience. It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.

Even Aunt Lisl knew that in addition to mountains and well-fluffed pillows, you also need a good meal, a cozy place to relax, an open heart and good food for a really good gut feeling. That was over 70 years ago.
Since then, we as a family have gone many new ways to preserve this special feeling of home and to reinterpret vacation for you. Our wellness and hiking hotel Gassner **** superior has grown out of the small forest guesthouse - and the pretty Gassner tree house too.

As a genuine family business, we are the perfect complement, because we could hardly be more different. Together with our wonderful Gassner Seilschaft, we bring a lot of warmth, charm and life into the hotel. That's probably why so much of our work is so individual and varied.

Out and about
Are you a true child of nature and just as drawn to the outdoors as we are? Wonderful, because as a member of the best hiking hotels in the Alps, our main aim is to find strength and inspiration in nature all year round.
On at least 5 guided hikes, we, hiking guide Monika and boss Hans-Peter Gassner, would like to introduce you to the diversity of nature in the surrounding mountains, hike with you through blooming alpine pastures and climb over perpetual ice to the region's panoramic peaks.

We would like to accompany you on snowshoe and winter hikes to the idyllic snow-covered places of the Hohe Tauern National Park and show you personally how renewing it can be to walk at eye level with nature.
