For over 30 years, the Dr. Manfred Maus family has been running the 4* Superior Hotel PFALZBLICK WALD SPA RESORT with a keen sense for their guests and the treasures of the region. In the new panorama house of the PFALZBLICK those looking for relaxation spend deeply relaxed hours with forest feeling on two floors. In the modern relaxation rooms designed in warm colors, wellness fans not only find themselves in the midst of nature with a view of the adjacent Palatinate Forest, but also immerse themselves in a peaceful feel-good atmosphere thanks to the combination of natural materials and design elements. Thus, vacationers relax on comfortable water loungers between ceiling-high, tree-shaped wooden columns, let their gaze wander over the garden paradise from the daybeds and the cozy seating areas, or rest on the large hanging swing. Through automatically opening doors, the path leads to the year-round heated infinity pool, the "Sprudelwoog". At pleasant temperatures, they splash around with an atmospheric play of light and soak up the soothing water pressure of the massage jets.

Sauna fans experience the outdoor sauna island with a Finnish sauna with experience infusions, a steam grotto and bio sauna as well as an ice fountain and experience showers. In addition to the 14 double rooms with 49 square meters, guests enjoy plenty of space in five spa suites, each with 82 square meters, and in a 97-square-meter family spa suite. Like the existing penthouse suites, all are equipped with their own whirlpool on the balcony or covered terrace, as well as their own Finnish sauna, which can also be used as an infrared cabin.

Numerous premium themed trails invite active nature lovers to hike, bike and explore the impressive landscape of the Palatinate Forest and Alsace. The premium hiking trail Dahner Felsenpfad or the Dahner Rundwanderweg lead directly across the resort's property. All five senses on the fifth floor: awaken your spirits at the very top of the Bergland! The Sky Spa above the rooftops of Sölden is breathtaking. A 2,200 m² wellness retreat with a constant view of the mountains surrounding Sölden. The local mountain, Nederkogl, a three-thousand-meter peak, greets bathers in the indoor pool as well as in the panoramic outdoor whirlpool. Here you can swim in revitalized Grander water, which is also used throughout the hotel to refresh body and soul.

The sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna and textile sauna is a hot spot in the truest sense of the word. Cool down and relax in the varied relaxation and rest areas. The gourmet worlds at Bergland are divided into the hotel restaurant with 190 seats and the à la carte restaurant "Wine & Dine". In 2023, the climate-positive Naturhotel Leitlhof was awarded the title of "Europe's Leading Green Hotel" for the fourth time and can once again call itself an official "climate partner". The hotel also meets the criteria of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council. The commitment to nature and climate protection includes the energy supply with its own wood-fired combined heat and power plant, electric car charging stations and local suppliers.

The cuisine at Naturhotel Leitlhof is sustainable, regional and seasonal. The chefs use freshly picked herbs from their own garden to refine their dishes. The nearby farm "Mühlhof", which also belongs to the Mühlmann family, provides the hotel with many types of vegetables and potatoes from its own fields. These ingredients are used to cover all the kitchen requirements. The high-quality meat also comes directly from the farm - from the hotel's own Angus cattle farm.

The trails into the world-famous Sesto Dolomites start right outside the door. Since 2023, Leitlhof guests have been enjoying the 3,000 square meter wellness area in the South Tyrolean four-star superior hotel. The newly designed spa landscape attracts visitors with highlights such as the Japanese-style onsen pool, the black Finnish sauna and the fragrant Swiss stone pine sauna. The omnipresent panoramic view of the Dolomites makes the wellness experience even sweeter. Just a ten-minute walk from the Naturhotel Leitlhof (and three minutes from the second hotel, Atto Suites & Cuisine), the historic center of San Candido surprises with its culture and long-established craft businesses. The collegiate church, Franciscan monastery and the famous DoloMythos Museum in the pedestrian zone take visitors on a journey through time between the World Heritage Site and the Middle Ages. Cozy felt slippers have been rolled at the Zacher hat maker's workshop for generations.

By bike and train through Val Pusteria/Pustertal
Val Pusteria/Pustertal in the north-east of South Tyrol is a paradise for two-wheeled enthusiasts thanks to its numerous attractive routes, some of which even cross borders. Guests of the Naturhotel Leitlhof can hire bikes and mountain bikes free of charge at the hotel, e-bikes for a fee. With the Mobilcard, buses and trains can be used free of charge throughout South Tyrol. Among the most beautiful routes are those to the Sesto mountain pastures and to Cortina d'Ampezzo - guided bike tours regularly take Leitlhof guests there.
