The 43 rooms and 14 studios are perfectly proportioned and elegantly composed, and were designed by star architects NOA from Bolzano South Tyrol, alongside other areas such as the fine dining restaurant "Kantine Rosine", the "Queen Vicky Bar", the "Rosensaal Kino" and the unique SPA in the roof truss.

The unique and AHEAD Europe award-winning Premium SPA in the roof truss extends over almost 800 square meters on 2 floors. The highlight is the open and heated infinity pool with a direct view of the old town, which is open all year round. The offer is rounded off by a Finnish sauna, steam sauna, banya and fresh air area, as well as several treatment rooms. All directly under the roof gable. From June 2023, you can enjoy our four new styles of deluxe suite: each one with a different theme, unique design, whirlpool, and large terrace with sea view. These new suites will join the classical and elegant existing rooms to give you a holiday of pure comfort!

Our private beach is located directly in front of our hotel, where relaxation, music, and entertainment await.
