Five days a week, we invite you on a special culinary journey of discovery through ...liebes Rot-Flüh, where you can dine in our restaurants at no extra charge. Start your day with an unobstructed view of Lake Haldensee in our breakfast room. The aroma of fresh bread and pastries fills the air. Our breakfast chef will prepare eggs from happy chickens from the region for you or you can try our deliciously healthy porridge, which provides plenty of energy despite being low in calories. At lunchtime, you can dine in the Grotto Vale Pino or on the pool terrace, where quality Alpine products are prepared with plenty of Mediterranean sophistication. In the afternoon, you can enjoy coffee and a variety of cakes from our in-house patisserie in the Montanara Hall. At Tuberis, we not only work on your special moments of relaxation every day, but also try to cultivate a sustainable lifestyle in a variety of ways and with full conviction. We achieve this, among other things, with our photovoltaic system, which supplies us with electricity from the sun. We also use Venosta wood as a source of heat in the wood chip system, obtain many of our groceries directly from our own garden or cattle shed and for the rest we try to use zero-kilometer products whenever possible.
