The spa suites are also furnished with selected works of art from the MEISSEN porcelain manufactory. Sustainability is very important to us, which is why our private spa suites are made entirely of wood from local Harz spruce. You can indulge in complete relaxation on two floors. The spacious living area, a shower room and a loggia with a fantastic view of the forest are located on the lower floor. The Spa am See is located between the two buildings that make up the Wellnesshotel Ritzenhof. The underground wellness oasis opens directly onto the shore of Lake Ritzensee with a private sunbathing lawn. There you can doze in one of the shell and floating loungers with the sound of the reeds in your ears. An indoor pool, Finnish sauna, textile sauna, steam bath, sanarium, infrared cabin and massages or beauty treatments tailored to your individual needs await you in the spa by the lake.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past the spa and provides access to the region's extensive network of trails. Some people also chase their childhood memories on ice skates on the frozen Ritzensee or simply warm themselves by the flickering fire.
