The project, commissioned by the three brothers Andreas, Christian and Alex Goller, represents their dream come true and embodies their passion for hospitality, love of nature and life’s pleasures.

As you can tell by name of the hotel, the amiable hoteliers place particular importance to their land and family: in fact, Santre is a mashup of "San" for Sant’Andrea and "tre" for three brothers.

But what makes this destination special? On one hand is the incomparable location of the structure, located on a sun-kissed hill with a spectacular view of the mountains and the Isarco Valley. On the other hand, the many recreation and relaxation choices, ranging from sports in the countryside together with your hosts, to moments of regeneration in the spa, to excellent food and wine offerings. Nothing is left to chance: attention to quality and detail are a constant in every area.

Case in point: the 62 suites with an enchanting view, furnished with handpicked natural materials and decorated in warm tones. Even in the dining room, your gaze can get lost on the horizon, while your palate is delighted by traditional and innovative dishes based on fresh, regional ingredients.

In addition, some of the unmissable highlights are exclusive wine and cheese tastings and our iconic lounge with cocktail bar. In the wellness area, there is an adults-only space with a Finnish sauna, as well as the location dedicated to events and Aufguss sessions, clay sauna with herbs, Turkish bath, gym, beauty treatments, whirlpool and relaxation room, and an area reserved for children. In the mythic.garden, there is a natural lake where you can cool off on warm summer days. The highlight is undoubtedly the indoor/outdoor infinity pool, 22 m long with a view on the surrounding peaks.as far as the eye can see.

The Gollers feel at their best amid the alpine landscapes. Here, they involve guests in an exciting programme full of activities: hikes, mountain bike tours, climbing in summer, skiing and sledding in winter, and regularly organized excursions accompanied by expert guides. At Santre, everything contributes to making your holiday a truly memorable one.

Whether challenging on the mountain or leisurely along the lakeshore, there are many opportunities for jogging and cycling in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Lindau Island and the old town of Bregenz can be reached withina 10 minute drive.
The Lake Constance community Lochau, with the striking local mountain Pfänder (1,064m), offers the ideal setting for an unclouded and impressive vacation enjoyment. Active vacations are just as possible here as a leisurely relaxing vacation. Water sports, hiking in magnificent scenery, boat trips on the lake and a wide range of cultural activities ensure unadulterated and lasting leisure enjoyment.

Rooms
Discover the charm of nature combined with well thought-out luxury in the 34 modern rooms and junior suites in the main building as well as in the eight open-plan suites with magnificent lake views right next door. Equipped with stylish furniture and designer beds, bathroom with bathtub and/or rain shower, hairdryer, separate WC, bath bag with bathrobe and bath towel, air conditioning, telephone, radio, satellite TV, safe, minibar (included), Nespresso coffee machine and tea maker as well as WiFi, they offer all the amenities for your feel-good vacation. All rooms are also equipped with bed linen for allergy sufferers and are free from animal hair and plants.

Facilities
Arrive - Enjoy - Relax. The family-run Fritsch on Lake is a feel-good hotel for adults aged 16 and over looking for peace and quiet - a place where happiness comes easily,

serenity is lived and health is strengthened . Authenticity, regionality and a mindful approach to people and nature are at the forefront here.
Built largely with materials from the surrounding area, the passive house with its floor-to-ceiling glazing blends harmoniously into the landscape. In the restaurant with sun terrace, you can enjoy culinary delights - regional, seasonal and freshly prepared - with a magnificent panoramic view and accompanied by wines from the hotel's own wine cellar. At the hotel bar you can end the day with cocktails and gin and rum specialties . The library with forest view and the wellness garden at the edge of the forest invite you to browse and relax. A lockable bicycle storage room , an e-charging station (for a fee), elevator and free parking at the house complete the offer. WLAN is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

Catering
Half board: Gourmet breakfast buffet with regional products and delicious egg dishes, afternoon wellness buffet in the restaurant between 13.00h and 16.00h, multi-course evening menu - choose from to to 5-course from the daily changing menu including vegetarian and vegan options. Food allergies and intolerances can be catered for if ordered in advance.
Regionality and seasonality are in the product selection in the kitchen in the foreground . The products used come in part from our own certified organic farm.

Wellness
The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². In the wellness area, which extends over two floors, you will find an indoor pool (approx. 30°C) with panoramic views, a sauna area with Finnish sauna, panorama sanarium, infrared sauna, brine and aroma steam bath and foot Kneipp pool as well as a relaxation room with tea bar and towels for free use. From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.

SPA Treatments
For a fee: Soothing or invigorating massages, skin-tightening treatments, relaxing body treatments and individual personal training sessions are optimally tailored to your needs with mental and health treatments on . Based on the four themes
"Mountain - Lake - Forest - Meadow", the range extends from massages such as full-body massages, including with warm and iced stones, herbal stamps and bee-gold honey, aroma massages, foot massage, back massage and head massage to full-body wraps and peelings, including detox wrap with salt mud and relaxation wrap with fango, to various bathing rituals - alone or as a couple. The offer is complemented by facial treatments for him and her, well ageing treatments as well as manicures and pedicures.

Health
For a fee: The OASE Health Model© by Diana Sicher-Fritsch MSc is a holistic concept that helps people to reduce the tension between stress and resilience. It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.

With only 26 accommodation units, this luxury hideaway is one of the smallest 5-star hotels in South Tyrol. The choice ranges from stylish suites to prestigious lake-side suites with direct access to the lake and four premium villas (one of which is on two floors) surrounded by the deep blue waters of the lake. These villas feature an exclusive highlight: a large wellness terrace equipped with a Finnish sauna, a private pool with integrated whirlpool, loungers and a private hammock suspended over the water. With an extensive privacy screen guaranteeing full privacy, you can indulge and enjoy your luxury holiday to the fullest.

Back to nature – the BalanceSPA is designed to help you experience a real connection with nature and Mother Earth, restore your balance and find a new sense of harmony with yourself and others. The fine materials, soothing colours and lush plants in the relaxation rooms provide a perfect environment in which to unwind. There are also 5 treatment rooms - 4 massage and beauty rooms and 1 Private Spa Suite for romantic moments for two - where you can entrust your beauty and well-being to the capable hands of a highly skilled team. The See Lodge Spa is a temple of harmony where premium products, advanced treatments and refined techniques combine to ensure all-round well-being and inner balance.

Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise and rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the BalanceSPA offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities and facilities of BalanceSPORT. These include a perfectly equipped fitness room with cardio and weight machines (bikes, treadmills, weight bench, kinetics equipment) for strength and conditioning training. Personal trainers are available to provide professional support. The See Lodge also features a large rooftop garden complete with relaxation loungers and a YogaROOM. To round off the offer, we also organise a rich weekly programme of sports activities in the most scenic of all gyms – the great outdoors.

Healthy and regional, yet delectable and innovative, the BalanceCUISINE led by chef Michael Mayr provides the perfect crowning to your holiday experience. In addition to our classic panoramic lake-view restaurant, the See Lodge delights guests with an exclusive speciality restaurant, our "underwarter restaurant", serving fresh fish daily. Mâitre d’Hotel and sommelier Matteo Lattanzi shares his passion for good wines with See Lodge guests and keeps the small wine cellar filled with the finest bottles on the market. A tasting of wines and local produce is the perfect crowning to a day of indulgence!
