The 5-star sports and pleasure hotel Silvretta in the heart of Ischgl has been run by the Zangerl family since it was established in 1930 and has retained its family atmosphere to this day.

Due to the culinary diversity in the different restaurants, the guests can let themselves be pampered, leaving nothing to be desired. From traditional Tyrolean cuisine in the WIARTSHAUS or KITZLOCH restaurant to pizzas and Italian delicacies in the BÄRAFALLA restaurant or a delicious menu in the ALPIN half-board restaurant. Whether traditional, rustic or exclusive, there is something for every taste. Products from the in-house farm "Maashof" and from our own "Larein Alpe" are used in all restaurants. The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request.
