Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise and rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the BalanceSPA offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities and facilities of BalanceSPORT. These include a perfectly equipped fitness room with cardio and weight machines (bikes, treadmills, weight bench, kinetics equipment) for strength and conditioning training. Personal trainers are available to provide professional support. The See Lodge also features a large rooftop garden complete with relaxation loungers and a YogaROOM. Culinary moments in Naturno: you will be enchanted by the great wines and regional delicacies. Every week there is an evening wine tasting with South Tyrolean wine producers in the shelter as well as various wine tastings with the sommelier in the DolceVita Resort Lindenhof. The wine rally inspires with three Vinschgau vintners and a product tasting in the organic farm shop. Our chefs use high quality and sustainably produced ingredients from the region.
In the Lindenhof Lifestyle DolceVita Resort, 70 rooms and suites await you, including some with sleeping in the open air, with modern and elegant furnishings, especially made from local larch.

The Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lazise is the perfect Hideaway place for those seeking a quiet vacation to relax. The inviting 2000 qm spa and wellness area attracts with several saunas, cosy quiet zones and pools.
