Our breakfast chef will prepare eggs from happy chickens from the region for you or you can try our deliciously healthy porridge, which provides plenty of energy despite being low in calories. In 2023, the climate-positive Naturhotel Leitlhof was awarded the title of "Europe's Leading Green Hotel" for the fourth time and can once again call itself an official "climate partner". The hotel also meets the criteria of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council. The commitment to nature and climate protection includes the energy supply with its own wood-fired combined heat and power plant, electric car charging stations and local suppliers.

South Tyrolean slow food in its most original form
The cuisine at Naturhotel Leitlhof is sustainable, regional and seasonal. The chefs use freshly picked herbs from their own garden to refine their dishes. We also use Venosta wood as a source of heat in the wood chip system, obtain many of our groceries directly from our own garden or cattle shed and for the rest we try to use zero-kilometer products whenever possible.
