This spa resort offers a retreat in the heart of nature and a prominent location on a small, wooded headland in the county of St. Wendel with views over Lake Bostalsee. In addition to the breathtaking surroundings, the indoor area impresses above all with its professionalism and authenticity. The versatile spa and wellness landscape extends over a total of 4,000 m². The extensive pool landscape has a large indoor pool with integrated bubble loungers and massage jets as well as a splash shower. The panoramic whirlpool offers a fantastic view of the idyllic landscape from above. Depending on the weather, the outdoor pool can be used through the airlock. The sauna area has two outdoor log cabin saunas with a natural biotope, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam baths, Himalayan salt grotto, Kneipp pool and relaxation rooms. The team of therapists from Sri Lanka takes a sensitive and professional approach to the special needs and life situations of each individual guest, making each individual Ayurveda treatment a lasting pleasure.

Culinary: The aim of the Vier Jahreszeiten am Schluchsee is to offer hospitality at the highest level. This includes not only the best regional ingredients, but also imaginative creations. The legendary Vier Jahreszeiten gourmet breakfast buffet, for example, provides top-class indulgence, including a wide selection of gluten-, lactose- and dairy-free products. Built largely with materials from the surrounding area, the passive house with its floor-to-ceiling glazing blends harmoniously into the landscape. In the restaurant with sun terrace, you can enjoy culinary delights - regional, seasonal and freshly prepared - with a magnificent panoramic view and accompanied by wines from the hotel's own wine cellar. At the hotel bar you can end the day with cocktails and gin and rum specialties . The library with forest view and the wellness garden at the edge of the forest invite you to browse and relax. For a fee: The OASE Health Model© by Diana Sicher-Fritsch MSc is a holistic concept that helps people to reduce the tension between stress and resilience. It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.
