Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise and rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the BalanceSPA offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities and facilities of BalanceSPORT. These include a perfectly equipped fitness room with cardio and weight machines (bikes, treadmills, weight bench, kinetics equipment) for strength and conditioning training. The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. It also forms the green backdrop for the modern glass construction of the wellness pavilion and the outdoor pool area with lounge and sunbathing lawn. Relax in the bright indoor and outdoor lounging areas of the wellness area or in the hip outdoor lounge with a cocktail. Both pools offer views of nature and are heated all year round. Whirlpools complete the facilities. A visit to the earth-fire sauna or the new steam bath is an atmospheric experience.

The rooms for massages and facial and body treatments have a fresh design. The PureWellness area is managed by experienced make-up artist, beautician and hairdresser Christine Homburger. Choose one of the 64 accommodations in an elegant boutique hotel style - all recently renovated. No two accommodation units in the hotel are the same - some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the greenery. The accommodation is located in different parts of the Black Forest House dating from 1639 or in the Belle Époque main building from the 19th century.
