The "Tirler Dolomites Living Hotel" was the first hotel in Italy to be awarded the ECARF quality seal for allergy-friendliness. Families and children will love the sensory trail to the witches' springs, which starts directly at the Tirler. This hiking loop offers a deep experience of unspoiled nature with lots of fun and primal games. The forest above the Tirler becomes an adventure playground and a nature classroom at the same time. Everything is right outside the hotel gate at the Tirler. Right next door is the rustic Tirler Alm, awarded the title of South Tyrol's most beautiful alpine hut. On at least 5 guided hikes, we, hiking guide Monika and boss Hans-Peter Gassner, would like to introduce you to the diversity of nature in the surrounding mountains, hike with you through blooming alpine pastures and climb over perpetual ice to the region's panoramic peaks.

We would like to accompany you on snowshoe and winter hikes to the idyllic snow-covered places of the Hohe Tauern National Park and show you personally how renewing it can be to walk at eye level with nature.

Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise and rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the BalanceSPA offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities and facilities of BalanceSPORT. With hiking routes of altitudes between 300 and 3.000 meters, Algund offers something to mountain pros as well as hobby hikers.
