Once a week on r30 Day, all ingredients even come from within a radius of no more than thirty kilometers - this is when the creativity of head chef Michael Ziernheld and his team is particularly in demand. It is clear how much everyone is behind this concept. When the first elderflowers can be harvested in early summer, for example, fresh blossoms from many of the employees' gardens are brought to the hotel for processing. The Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See, is a family-run hotel in the 5th generation. Family zur Brügge invests a lot of passion and work in the hotel. Some of the modern hotel rooms have the wonderful view to the Zwischenahner lake. The two different restaurants spoil with regional cuisine with international influences. The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star. In both restaurants products from the garden are used: eggs from the own free-range chickens, herbs and vegetables from the own garden and the greenhouse.
