Local and seasonal ingredients are arranged to create visually appealing culinary delights. Pure, uncomplicated, modern - often with a twist and nuances from distant lands. As the Moselle is considered the most important wine-growing region in Germany, head chef Kristof Nemes compiles the entire menu in close collaboration with hotel manager Marcel Burbach, who is a proven wine connoisseur and lover. If you want to treat yourself to a nightcap in the evening after feasting in a sophisticated atmosphere and with lively conversation, then Betty's Bar is the place for you. Betty Langner, probably the coolest barkeeper on the Moselle, mixes the best drinks with personal finesse.

The spacious property has 111 rooms and suites in an impressive Art Nouveau building ensemble. The Gästehaus Halenberg welcomes arrivals in the spacious foyer, whose eye-catcher is God Bacchus, carved out of stone and enthroned above a soothingly rippling fountain. Guests can choose between modern rooms and suites in the Halenberg guest house and the tastefully furnished romantic rooms in the original guest houses. The detached Heimat & SPA Lodges on the mountain offer a very individual and discreet type of vacation.

Like the Gästehaus Halenberg, the SPA Frühlingsplätzchen is named after one of the premium vineyards on the Nahe. Covering an area of approx. 3,500m², the SPA is a wonderful place to relax in Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, steam baths, an indoor pool and whirlpool as well as five differently designed relaxation rooms. The wellness offer is complemented by outdoor attractions such as the Hubertus sauna, the 20-metre-long heated outdoor pool and the SPA garden by the river. In 2020, the exclusive Prana SPA celebrated its opening. It is dedicated to the "activation of energy centers", individual chakra work, meditation and aerial yoga.

The multi-award-winning wellness resort in the heart of Rhineland-Palatinate owes its fame not least to its exquisite cuisine: in addition to the Villa restaurant and the Hermannshof gourmet restaurant, the Jungborn attracts guests from near and far. For many years in a row, it has held the coveted Michelin star under the direction of chef Philipp Helzle. The newest event venue at BollAnts in Bad Sobernheim is the LINDEN bar & lounge. The kitchen team serves small and large dishes for lunch and dinner. Many guests also come to BollAnts for therapeutic fasting. Pastor Emanuel Felke once worked here and relied on the healing power of the natural elements of earth, light, air and water. The tradition of this Felke healing method has been continued and further developed under the medical direction of Dr. Axel Bolland. Together with his team at Felke Med Praxis, he looks after fasting guests who want to completely regenerate body and mind and embark on the "royal road to health".

Our offer: Overnight stay in a Wellness Classic room . Small, fine, cozy and stylish! The Wellness Classic rooms are generously equipped, some with a balcony and a view of the romantic Art Nouveau park. They are located in the historic part of the building ensemble, in the BollAnts Original Guest Houses. Other room categories are available for an extra charge. The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. It also forms the green backdrop for the modern glass construction of the wellness pavilion and the outdoor pool area with lounge and sunbathing lawn. Relax in the bright indoor and outdoor lounging areas of the wellness area or in the hip outdoor lounge with a cocktail. Both pools offer views of nature and are heated all year round. Whirlpools complete the facilities. A visit to the earth-fire sauna or the new steam bath is an atmospheric experience.

The rooms for massages and facial and body treatments have a fresh design. The PureWellness area is managed by experienced make-up artist, beautician and hairdresser Christine Homburger. A trained spa team carries out the treatments. The youngest guests can be pampered in the spa with special children's or teen treatments.

Choose one of the 64 accommodations in an elegant boutique hotel style - all recently renovated. No two accommodation units in the hotel are the same - some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the greenery. The accommodation is located in different parts of the Black Forest House dating from 1639 or in the Belle Époque main building from the 19th century.

In the five individually designed rooms of the "Adler Stuben" restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus, Baden specialties and international seasonal dishes are served - in the very own interpretation of kitchen director and spice sommelier Bernhard König, who comes from the region and is committed to the Slow Food® philosophy. The hotel therefore also supports this initiative.
