We would like to accompany you on snowshoe and winter hikes to the idyllic snow-covered places of the Hohe Tauern National Park and show you personally how renewing it can be to walk at eye level with nature.

We are celebrating this wealth of possibilities with our new "Dine Around" offer! Five days a week, we invite you on a special culinary journey of discovery through ...liebes Rot-Flüh, where you can dine in our restaurants at no extra charge. Start your day with an unobstructed view of Lake Haldensee in our breakfast room. The aroma of fresh bread and pastries fills the air. Our breakfast chef will prepare eggs from happy chickens from the region for you or you can try our deliciously healthy porridge, which provides plenty of energy despite being low in calories. At lunchtime, you can dine in the Grotto Vale Pino or on the pool terrace, where quality Alpine products are prepared with plenty of Mediterranean sophistication. In the afternoon, you can enjoy coffee and a variety of cakes from our in-house patisserie in the Montanara Hall. In the evening, you have a free choice between gastronomic excellence in "La Cascata nobile" or a delicious 3-course menu, which you can select from our a la carte menu in the "Via Mala" experience restaurant. You can also bring the day to a tasteful close with a traditional fondue evening.

The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. It also forms the green backdrop for the modern glass construction of the wellness pavilion and the outdoor pool area with lounge and sunbathing lawn. Relax in the bright indoor and outdoor lounging areas of the wellness area or in the hip outdoor lounge with a cocktail. Both pools offer views of nature and are heated all year round. Whirlpools complete the facilities. A visit to the earth-fire sauna or the new steam bath is an atmospheric experience.

The rooms for massages and facial and body treatments have a fresh design. The PureWellness area is managed by experienced make-up artist, beautician and hairdresser Christine Homburger. A trained spa team carries out the treatments. The youngest guests can be pampered in the spa with special children's or teen treatments.

Choose one of the 64 accommodations in an elegant boutique hotel style - all recently renovated. No two accommodation units in the hotel are the same - some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the greenery. The accommodation is located in different parts of the Black Forest House dating from 1639 or in the Belle Époque main building from the 19th century.

In the five individually designed rooms of the "Adler Stuben" restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus, Baden specialties and international seasonal dishes are served - in the very own interpretation of kitchen director and spice sommelier Bernhard König, who comes from the region and is committed to the Slow Food® philosophy. The hotel therefore also supports this initiative.
