As part of Oswald's gourmet board, you can look forward to an extensive breakfast buffet, salads, soups and snacks at lunchtime and homemade cakes and coffee in the afternoon. In the evening, our team will spoil you with a 5-course menu of your choice.

Heaven & Hell is the name of the spectacular, free-floating, two-storey wellness platform in steel construction, which is connected to the hotel's relaxation room via a filigree footbridge and offers guests new perspectives of well-being. The view sweeps far across the valley and mountains to the most beautiful natural wonder in the world: the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site. While the pleasantly warm water of the lounger or seated whirlpool on the upper floor gently caresses the body, those seeking peace and quiet sink into the beauty of nature and believe they have arrived in heaven. One floor below, where gravity seems to have been defied, wellness is turned on its head. In Hell, as the nude area is called, it gets really hot. In addition to two saunas and a nude whirlpool, guests can expect a cold chamber and, of course, a heavenly view of the mountains.

The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. It also forms the green backdrop for the modern glass construction of the wellness pavilion and the outdoor pool area with lounge and sunbathing lawn. Relax in the bright indoor and outdoor lounging areas of the wellness area or in the hip outdoor lounge with a cocktail. Both pools offer views of nature and are heated all year round. Whirlpools complete the facilities. A visit to the earth-fire sauna or the new steam bath is an atmospheric experience.

The rooms for massages and facial and body treatments have a fresh design. The PureWellness area is managed by experienced make-up artist, beautician and hairdresser Christine Homburger. A trained spa team carries out the treatments. The youngest guests can be pampered in the spa with special children's or teen treatments.

Choose one of the 64 accommodations in an elegant boutique hotel style - all recently renovated. No two accommodation units in the hotel are the same - some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the greenery. The accommodation is located in different parts of the Black Forest House dating from 1639 or in the Belle Époque main building from the 19th century.

In the five individually designed rooms of the "Adler Stuben" restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus, Baden specialties and international seasonal dishes are served - in the very own interpretation of kitchen director and spice sommelier Bernhard König, who comes from the region and is committed to the Slow Food® philosophy. The hotel therefore also supports this initiative.

The room prices for adults include the gourmet board with extensive culinary services in the morning, at lunchtime, at tea time in the afternoon and in the evening, as well as many extras such as toboggan and mountain bike rental and the green fee for the 18-hole golf course next door.

The See Lodge Spa is a temple of harmony where premium products, advanced treatments and refined techniques combine to ensure all-round well-being and inner balance.

Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise and rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the BalanceSPA offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities and facilities of BalanceSPORT.
