Once a week on r30 Day, all ingredients even come from within a radius of no more than thirty kilometers - this is when the creativity of head chef Michael Ziernheld and his team is particularly in demand. It is clear how much everyone is behind this concept. When the first elderflowers can be harvested in early summer, for example, fresh blossoms from many of the employees' gardens are brought to the hotel for processing. Fruit, herbs and berries are also grown locally by the GERSTL Unique team. The extent to which the family is rooted in the region is illustrated not only by the r30 philosophy in the food, but also by its continuation in other areas: Building materials are sourced locally wherever possible and are processed by local craftspeople, the cosmetic products are made from regional ingredients and even the staff almost all come from within a radius of just 30 kilometers.

Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being.
