This spa resort offers a retreat in the heart of nature and a prominent location on a small, wooded headland in the county of St. Wendel with views over Lake Bostalsee. Its closeness with the surrounding region and the creative mindset of hosts Kathrin and Christian Sersch are evident throughout the entire hotel. Guided by their motto “Real beauty. Beautifully real.” the hosts have created a hotel exuding ingenuity and attention to detail that will appeal to spa-goers, sports enthusiasts, connoisseurs and lovers of culture and nature.

Awaiting guests are 97 modern rooms and suites, the Restaurant LUMI including terrace, Bar NOX with its fire lounge, a library, three conference rooms and the Seezeit Spa. The renowned Berlin-based architecture company, GRAFT, was commissioned with creating the heavily nature-inspired architecture. The interior design and lighting concept was developed by Birgit Nicolay of NICOLAY DESIGN based in Stuttgart and New York.

Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

The right balance between tension and relaxation – or exercise and rest – is the secret to a state of inner harmony. This is why the BalanceSPA offer is complemented by the extensive range of activities and facilities of BalanceSPORT. These include a perfectly equipped fitness room with cardio and weight machines (bikes, treadmills, weight bench, kinetics equipment) for strength and conditioning training. Personal trainers are available to provide professional support. The See Lodge also features a large rooftop garden complete with relaxation loungers and a YogaROOM. In addition to our classic panoramic lake-view restaurant, the See Lodge delights guests with an exclusive speciality restaurant, our "underwarter restaurant", serving fresh fish daily. Mâitre d’Hotel and sommelier Matteo Lattanzi shares his passion for good wines with See Lodge guests and keeps the small wine cellar filled with the finest bottles on the market. The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. It also forms the green backdrop for the modern glass construction of the wellness pavilion and the outdoor pool area with lounge and sunbathing lawn. Relax in the bright indoor and outdoor lounging areas of the wellness area or in the hip outdoor lounge with a cocktail. Both pools offer views of nature and are heated all year round. Whirlpools complete the facilities. A visit to the earth-fire sauna or the new steam bath is an atmospheric experience.

The rooms for massages and facial and body treatments have a fresh design. The PureWellness area is managed by experienced make-up artist, beautician and hairdresser Christine Homburger. A trained spa team carries out the treatments. The youngest guests can be pampered in the spa with special children's or teen treatments.

Choose one of the 64 accommodations in an elegant boutique hotel style - all recently renovated. No two accommodation units in the hotel are the same - some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the greenery. The accommodation is located in different parts of the Black Forest House dating from 1639 or in the Belle Époque main building from the 19th century.

In the five individually designed rooms of the "Adler Stuben" restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus, Baden specialties and international seasonal dishes are served - in the very own interpretation of kitchen director and spice sommelier Bernhard König, who comes from the region and is committed to the Slow Food® philosophy. The hotel therefore also supports this initiative.
