The extended relaxation rooms also look in this direction and the Swiss stone pine room in particular increases the level of relaxation thanks to the delicate scent of this wood. In the wellness area, which extends over two floors, you will find an indoor pool (approx. 30°C) with panoramic views, a sauna area with Finnish sauna, panorama sanarium, infrared sauna, brine and aroma steam bath and foot Kneipp pool as well as a relaxation room with tea bar and towels for free use. From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.

It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.
