Five days a week, we invite you on a special culinary journey of discovery through ...liebes Rot-Flüh, where you can dine in our restaurants at no extra charge. Start your day with an unobstructed view of Lake Haldensee in our breakfast room. The aroma of fresh bread and pastries fills the air. Our breakfast chef will prepare eggs from happy chickens from the region for you or you can try our deliciously healthy porridge, which provides plenty of energy despite being low in calories. At lunchtime, you can dine in the Grotto Vale Pino or on the pool terrace, where quality Alpine products are prepared with plenty of Mediterranean sophistication. In the afternoon, you can enjoy coffee and a variety of cakes from our in-house patisserie in the Montanara Hall. In the evening, you have a free choice between gastronomic excellence in "La Cascata nobile" or a delicious 3-course menu, which you can select from our a la carte menu in the "Via Mala" experience restaurant. You can also bring the day to a tasteful close with a traditional fondue evening.

Not only are the hotel's 67 rooms and suites spacious, but also the entire 130,000 square meter hotel park. There is plenty of space in the coastal forest for vacation apartments and separate country houses, many of which are traditionally thatched. Guests decide for themselves how much hotel service they want.

Indoor and outdoor tennis court. Badminton. A fitness area equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. The Fischland shares thedunes, pine forest and long beachwith its sister hotel, the Strandhotel Dünenmeer. Guests can enjoy all of the resort's amenities on both sides. The 800 meters between the hotels can be bridged by a shuttle service if required - or a walk. In 2023, the climate-positive Naturhotel Leitlhof was awarded the title of "Europe's Leading Green Hotel" for the fourth time and can once again call itself an official "climate partner". There is a separate ladies' sauna area with bio-sauna and loungers in the beauty pavilion. Anyone who takes a sauna, works out or swims laps naturally needs some well-earned relaxation afterwards. The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.
