At the hotel bar you can end the day with cocktails and gin and rum specialties . The library with forest view and the wellness garden at the edge of the forest invite you to browse and relax. The MentalSpa resort offers a paradise of peace and regeneration on over 700m². From the spa area you have direct access to the wellness garden on the edge of the Fritschen forest.

For a fee: The OASE Health Model© by Diana Sicher-Fritsch MSc is a holistic concept that helps people to reduce the tension between stress and resilience. It combines classic wellness & health treatments with psychosocial counseling from various fields, such as mental & systemic coaching, psychological counseling, life & business counseling, burnout prevention, as well as nutrition & exercise training. In addition, health, resilience and regeneration measurements are carried out using medical biofeedback, e.g. in the area of heart rate variability (HRV), sleep apnea measurement, as well as training in the area of regeneration, including respiratory sinus arrhythmia, breathing training and mental, emotional and physical relaxation training. The aim of is to sustainably improve the quality of life with individual and personalized short-term interventions in the protected setting of a wellness vacation in a relaxed atmosphere.

The 5-star sports and pleasure hotel Silvretta in the heart of Ischgl has been run by the Zangerl family since it was established in 1930 and has retained its family atmosphere to this day.
