"Green Living" - pure nature in a modern design, based on the UNESCO Biosphere Program. With 31 rooms ranging from 40 - 66 m², the architecture of which was inspired by nature, as evidenced by the use of organic building materials such as wood, stone and clay. The "Tirler Dolomites Living Hotel" was the first hotel in Italy to be awarded the ECARF quality seal for allergy-friendliness. This unique project was developed in cooperation with institutes of building biology, environmental medicine and experts in motorology. The organic concept is also reflected in the restaurant. With gourmet cuisine that skillfully combines tradition and innovation, also conjures up tasty dishes for those with food intolerances and delights guests in the evening with a delicious 5-course menu and a large à la cart selection.

The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.
