Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).

For over 30 years, the Dr. Manfred Maus family has been running the 4* Superior Hotel PFALZBLICK WALD SPA RESORT with a keen sense for their guests and the treasures of the region. Thermen Bad Nieuweschans offers the finest in wellness and enjoyment of nature: a thermal bath at 36° C and a park bath with 34° C warm, mineral-rich healing water from its own spring, an outdoor pool, a garden with sunbathing area and a large sauna area invite you to relax. From April to October, the large bathrobe park with hammocks and barefoot path attracts guests.
