The Ayurveda center is integrated on a separate floor of the hotel and an Ayurveda doctor and specialists from Sri Lanka, the country of origin, carry out the holistic treatments. This means you can experience an Ayurveda cure with authentic treatments and experience the traditional philosophy of this millennia-old health teaching. The Ayurveda treatments, which last several days, include consultations, original Ayurveda treatments and the Ayurvedic nutritional concept. The 5-star sports and pleasure hotel Silvretta in the heart of Ischgl has been run by the Zangerl family since it was established in 1930 and has retained its family atmosphere to this day.
