The Panorama Land- & Wellnesshotel is located in southern Allgäu, fantastically located on a hill with an unobstructed 100km mountain panoramic view.

The project, commissioned by the three brothers Andreas, Christian and Alex Goller, represents their dream come true and embodies their passion for hospitality, love of nature and life’s pleasures.

As you can tell by name of the hotel, the amiable hoteliers place particular importance to their land and family: in fact, Santre is a mashup of "San" for Sant’Andrea and "tre" for three brothers.

But what makes this destination special? On one hand is the incomparable location of the structure, located on a sun-kissed hill with a spectacular view of the mountains and the Isarco Valley. On the other hand, the many recreation and relaxation choices, ranging from sports in the countryside together with your hosts, to moments of regeneration in the spa, to excellent food and wine offerings. Nothing is left to chance: attention to quality and detail are a constant in every area.

Case in point: the 62 suites with an enchanting view, furnished with handpicked natural materials and decorated in warm tones. Even in the dining room, your gaze can get lost on the horizon, while your palate is delighted by traditional and innovative dishes based on fresh, regional ingredients.

Heaven & Hell is the name of the spectacular, free-floating, two-storey wellness platform in steel construction, which is connected to the hotel's relaxation room via a delicate footbridge and offers guests new perspectives of well-being. The view sweeps far across the valley and mountains to the most beautiful natural wonder in the world: the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site. While the pleasantly warm water of the lounger or seated whirlpool on the upper floor gently caresses the body, those seeking peace and quiet sink into the beauty of nature and believe they have arrived in heaven. One floor below, where gravity seems to have been defied, wellness is turned on its head. In Hell, as the nude area is called, it gets really hot. The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.

The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.
