The Große Walsertal Biosphere Reserve is located in the Austrian province of Vorarlberg and extends in the middle of Vorarlberg in an easterly to north-easterly direction towards the mountainous center of the province. The Spa am See is located between the two buildings that make up the Wellnesshotel Ritzenhof. The underground wellness oasis opens directly onto the shore of Lake Ritzensee with a private sunbathing lawn. There you can doze in one of the shell and floating loungers with the sound of the reeds in your ears. An indoor pool, Finnish sauna, textile sauna, steam bath, sanarium, infrared cabin and massages or beauty treatments tailored to your individual needs await you in the spa by the lake.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past the spa and provides access to the region's extensive network of trails. Some people also chase their childhood memories on ice skates on the frozen Ritzensee or simply warm themselves by the flickering fire.

The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.

The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request.
