Mainly products from Burgenland are used, with which regional and international dishes are reinterpreted. The culinary offer is rounded off with an excellent selection of wines, with the walk-in vinotheque being a special highlight.

The 5-star sports and pleasure hotel Silvretta in the heart of Ischgl has been run by the Zangerl family since it was established in 1930 and has retained its family atmosphere to this day.
