The Romantik Hotel Jagdhaus Eiden am See, is a family-run hotel in the 5th generation. Family zur Brügge invests a lot of passion and work in the hotel. The gourmet restaurant “Apicius” is awarded with a Michelin Star. In both restaurants products from the garden are used: eggs from the own free-range chickens, herbs and vegetables from the own garden and the greenhouse. Under the motto "Your mood defines your food", the Klosterhof offers its guests a multi-course gourmet menu for three different types of gourmet, which has absolutely nothing to do with the classic half-board cuisine from the standard hotel industry. The young and ambitious head chef Sascha Förster places particular emphasis on exciting dishes with influences from Michelin-starred cuisine.
The combination of health and indulgence is integrated into the dishes with ease. Both at breakfast, where a green wall tempts you to use fresh herbs, with healthy lunch bowls in the afternoon, and in the evening, where there is a purely plant-based "Kraut & Rüben" menu based on a vegan diet without industrial substitute products in addition to the creative and cosmopolitan "Chef's Choice" menu, the vital and regional "Bergwiese" menu.

The gourmet summit with Förster's personal, individual culinary signature takes place every Saturday: In anexclusive setting for just 12 people, the "Secret Forest - Fine Dining Experience" takes placein a secret location . Together with his kitchen team, Sascha Förster transforms the best products from the Alps and around the world into extravagant and unique gourmet creations. His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite. The Secret Forest Fine Dining Experience was awarded two golden forks by Falstaff after its first year and is a "must" for every gourmet.

The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request.
