At the 1,500-square-meter Spa Nature’s Nest, design meets nature. The 22-meter infinity pool with panoramic views, the GOLD.STOLLEN – a tepidarium made of natural stone – as well as saunas and relaxation areas create the perfect setting for unwinding. In summer, the natural swimming pond with sandy beach and Beach.Bar brings alpine beach vibes. In winter, the Fire Bar directly on the ski slope invites guests to grill, chill, and enjoy laid-back sounds.

Sustainability, regionality, and mindful use of natural resources are lived values – from handpicked materials in the interior to products from local artisans.

In GOLDBERG’s culinary world, regionality takes center stage. The kitchen team works with fresh ingredients from local producers, bakes bread daily, smokes their own bacon, and serves creative dishes inspired by forest and meadow. Complemented by house-roasted coffee, fine wines, and honest enjoyment in a relaxed atmosphere.

In summer, the Gastein Valley offers 350 kilometers of hiking trails, mountain lakes, and breathtaking summit tours. Guided hikes, yoga sessions with panoramic views, and green fees at the 18-hole Golf Club Gastein make every stay varied and memorable. In winter, skiers can start directly from the hotel into the Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel ski area – ski-in, ski-out included.

The architecture is clear, modern, and in harmony with nature. Wood, stone, glass, clay, and warm colors create a harmonious atmosphere. The studios and suites impress with spaciousness, abundant light, natural materials, and breathtaking mountain views. Freestanding bathtubs, open fireplaces, or private spa areas offer comfort and privacy at the highest level.

Not only are the hotel's 67 rooms and suites spacious, but also the entire 130,000 square meter hotel park. There is plenty of space in the coastal forest for vacation apartments and separate country houses, many of which are traditionally thatched. Guests decide for themselves how much hotel service they want.

Relaxation and slowing down or sporting power, active vacations and exercise in nature - the boundaries are fluid here, one thing leads to another. Optimal conditions have been created for this: the FISCHLAND SPA- & SPORTWELT with 4500 square meters, which is unparalleled on the Baltic Sea coast. The glass fronts in front of the indoor pool offer a view of the greenery. The sauna area also includes an outdoor sauna in the dunes with access to the Baltic Sea.

Indoor and outdoor tennis court. Badminton. A fitness area equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. Yoga, Pilates, circuit training or aqua aerobics - guests can choose from the daily course and activity program. In the open air, there are tennis and badminton courts, a fitness trail through the forest and bike hire. In summer, kitesurfing and surfing are practiced on the hotel beach. A special experience: tennis on the dunes. Golf courses and riding arenas are not far away either; the hotel cooperates with regular partners. Underthe direction of sports manager Axel Ritter, beginners and advanced are advised and accompanied by experts. The distances are short, the barriers low to enjoy sport at your own pace or under professional guidance. Also for the youngest: qualified childcare for 3 to 16-year-olds is available at least 5 days a week.

The Fischland shares thedunes, pine forest and long beachwith its sister hotel, the Strandhotel Dünenmeer. Guests can enjoy all of the resort's amenities on both sides. The 800 meters between the hotels can be bridged by a shuttle service if required - or a walk. Fine, fresh and healthy cuisine is part of the program: guests can try out all the restaurants and bars during "Dining around" - from the family restaurant in "Fischland" to the "Strandläufer" in "Dünenmeer", even directly in the dunes - in "Blockhus" or "Strandbude". With only 26 accommodation units, this luxury hideaway is one of the smallest 5-star hotels in South Tyrol. Small but perfectly formed, the BalanceSAUNA invites guests to sit back and regenerate. As is customary at Quellenhof, facilities include a Finnish sauna (for around 35 people) with regular events and infusions, as well as a wholesome steam bath, and a biosanarium with combo loungers where you can either sit or lie down. The outdoor area features a plunge pool and a garden with relaxation corners and a view of the lake.
Guests at the Quellenhof See Lodge can enjoy access to the lake from nearly every point of the estate. The 4,500 m² bathing lake, with a length of 105m the biggest pool in South Tyrol (!) and with depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 metres, can be accessed for a relaxing swim from almost any point. In addition to the lake, there is also an indoor pool in the spa area, which is directly connected to the year-round heated outdoor pool (25m in length).
