Once a week on r30 Day, all ingredients even come from within a radius of no more than thirty kilometers - this is when the creativity of head chef Michael Ziernheld and his team is particularly in demand. It is clear how much everyone is behind this concept. When the first elderflowers can be harvested in early summer, for example, fresh blossoms from many of the employees' gardens are brought to the hotel for processing. Fruit, herbs and berries are also grown locally by the GERSTL Unique team. If you would like to take a look behind the scenes of the Gerstl's gourmet workshop, you can do so at the weekly kitchen party. In an exposed location on a small wooded cape with a view over Lake Bostal in the Sankt Wendel region, the wellness resort sees itself as a retreat in the midst of nature. The host couple Kathrin and Christian Sersch's connection to the region and their creative way of thinking are reflected throughout the hotel. Under the credo "Really beautiful. Beautiful real.", they have created a hotel with a great deal of innovation and attention to detail that delights wellness vacationers, sports enthusiasts, connoisseurs and culture and nature lovers alike.

They can look forward to 97 modern rooms and suites, the LUMI restaurant with terrace, the NOX bar with fire lounge, a library, three conference rooms and the Seezeit Spa.
