For over 30 years, the Dr. Manfred Maus family has been running the 4* Superior Hotel PFALZBLICK WALD SPA RESORT with a keen sense for their guests and the treasures of the region. In the new panorama house of the PFALZBLICK those looking for relaxation spend deeply relaxed hours with forest feeling on two floors. In the modern relaxation rooms designed in warm colors, wellness fans not only find themselves in the midst of nature with a view of the adjacent Palatinate Forest, but also immerse themselves in a peaceful feel-good atmosphere thanks to the combination of natural materials and design elements. Under the motto "Your mood defines your food", the Klosterhof offers its guests a multi-course gourmet menu for three different types of gourmet, which has absolutely nothing to do with the classic half-board cuisine from the standard hotel industry. The young and ambitious head chef Sascha Förster places particular emphasis on exciting dishes with influences from Michelin-starred cuisine.
The combination of health and indulgence is integrated into the dishes with ease. Both at breakfast, where a green wall tempts you to use fresh herbs, with healthy lunch bowls in the afternoon, and in the evening, where there is a purely plant-based "Kraut & Rüben" menu based on a vegan diet without industrial substitute products in addition to the creative and cosmopolitan "Chef's Choice" menu, the vital and regional "Bergwiese" menu.

The gourmet summit with Förster's personal, individual culinary signature takes place every Saturday: In anexclusive setting for just 12 people, the "Secret Forest - Fine Dining Experience" takes placein a secret location . Together with his kitchen team, Sascha Förster transforms the best products from the Alps and around the world into extravagant and unique gourmet creations. His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite. The Secret Forest Fine Dining Experience was awarded two golden forks by Falstaff after its first year and is a "must" for every gourmet.
