For over 30 years, the Dr. Manfred Maus family has been running the 4* Superior Hotel PFALZBLICK WALD SPA RESORT with a keen sense for their guests and the treasures of the region. In the new panorama house of the PFALZBLICK those looking for relaxation spend deeply relaxed hours with forest feeling on two floors. In the modern relaxation rooms designed in warm colors, wellness fans not only find themselves in the midst of nature with a view of the adjacent Palatinate Forest, but also immerse themselves in a peaceful feel-good atmosphere thanks to the combination of natural materials and design elements. Together with his kitchen team, Sascha Förster transforms the best products from the Alps and around the world into extravagant and unique gourmet creations. His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite. The Secret Forest Fine Dining Experience was awarded two golden forks by Falstaff after its first year and is a "must" for every gourmet.
