The extended relaxation rooms also look in this direction and the Swiss stone pine room in particular increases the level of relaxation thanks to the delicate scent of this wood. The fitness room and adjoining yoga and meditation room offer space for conscious movement.

Plant-based alpine cuisine with delicious vitamin bombs, detoxing with vegan-vegetarian, alkaline and ketogenic menus, through to dishes that are familiar to us: Grandma's recipes, traditionally prepared the way we've always loved them. The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. In 2023, the climate-positive Naturhotel Leitlhof was awarded the title of "Europe's Leading Green Hotel" for the fourth time and can once again call itself an official "climate partner".
