The 43 rooms and 14 studios are perfectly proportioned and elegantly composed, and were designed by star architects NOA from Bolzano South Tyrol, alongside other areas such as the fine dining restaurant "Kantine Rosine", the "Queen Vicky Bar", the "Rosensaal Kino" and the unique SPA in the roof truss.

The unique and AHEAD Europe award-winning Premium SPA in the roof truss extends over almost 800 square meters on 2 floors. The highlight is the open and heated infinity pool with a direct view of the old town, which is open all year round. Under the motto "Your mood defines your food", the Klosterhof offers its guests a multi-course gourmet menu for three different types of gourmet, which has absolutely nothing to do with the classic half-board cuisine from the standard hotel industry. The young and ambitious head chef Sascha Förster places particular emphasis on exciting dishes with influences from Michelin-starred cuisine.
The combination of health and indulgence is integrated into the dishes with ease. Both at breakfast, where a green wall tempts you to use fresh herbs, with healthy lunch bowls in the afternoon, and in the evening, where there is a purely plant-based "Kraut & Rüben" menu based on a vegan diet without industrial substitute products in addition to the creative and cosmopolitan "Chef's Choice" menu, the vital and regional "Bergwiese" menu.

The gourmet summit with Förster's personal, individual culinary signature takes place every Saturday: In anexclusive setting for just 12 people, the "Secret Forest - Fine Dining Experience" takes placein a secret location . Together with his kitchen team, Sascha Förster transforms the best products from the Alps and around the world into extravagant and unique gourmet creations. His dishes reveal many an extravagant combination that merge into a surprising symbiosis after the first bite. The Secret Forest Fine Dining Experience was awarded two golden forks by Falstaff after its first year and is a "must" for every gourmet.
