"Turchinu" is the Sicilian expression used to describe the color turquoise, that is, the intense blue-green inspired by the marine landscape of the Western Island. It is decorated with the exact same shades of light blue green, the mere sight of which induces peace and serenity to the mind, allowing the body and mind to relax.
