The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.

The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. A historic rural building complex that has been transformed into a luxurious and refined location. Inaugurated in 2008, the hotel was renovated in collaboration with the designers of the Botturi architectural firm, using high-quality, prestigious materials and furnishings by the most renowned contemporary designers.

The restoration work highlights the beautiful Italian post-Renaissance style: the frescoed walls, the precious marble stones, the barrel vaults and the wooden beamed ceilings. The harmonious construction of red brick and white natural stone conveys an impression of balance and joy, while the modern design furnishings bring out the energy and vitality of the individual rooms, from the hotel bar to the conference rooms, from the entrance hall to the bedrooms.

In the wellness area you will find the saltwater pool with 30° C water temperature and a whirlpool corner; in the indoor garden the Jacuzzi whirlpool with 38° C; chromotherapy, Finnish sauna, aromatic steam bath, aromatic shower, ice fountain and a relaxation area with music, where you can really relax.
