In 2023, the climate-positive Naturhotel Leitlhof was awarded the title of "Europe's Leading Green Hotel" for the fourth time and can once again call itself an official "climate partner". The cuisine at Naturhotel Leitlhof is sustainable, regional and seasonal. The chefs use freshly picked herbs from their own garden to refine their dishes. By bike and train through Val Pusteria/Pustertal
Val Pusteria/Pustertal in the north-east of South Tyrol is a paradise for two-wheeled enthusiasts thanks to its numerous attractive routes, some of which even cross borders. The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved.
