Enjoyment is a top priority in the in-house restaurant "INFINITY". Mainly products from Burgenland are used, with which regional and international dishes are reinterpreted. The culinary offer is rounded off with an excellent selection of wines, with the walk-in vinotheque being a special highlight.

The traditional building from 1446 has been 90 percent renovated in recent years - the popular historic corners of the Parkhotel Adler, such as the parlor in the "Adler Stuben" restaurant, have been preserved. Countless locations on the 70,000 square meter estate with a small lake invite you to linger in comfort. These include the stylish hotel lobby with integrated bar and conservatory, the sunny restaurant terrace and the benches in the park with woodland and duck pond.

The park of the boutique resort hotel proves to be a rare refuge. It also forms the green backdrop for the modern glass construction of the wellness pavilion and the outdoor pool area with lounge and sunbathing lawn. A trained spa team carries out the treatments. The youngest guests can be pampered in the spa with special children's or teen treatments.

Choose one of the 64 accommodations in an elegant boutique hotel style - all recently renovated. No two accommodation units in the hotel are the same - some have a balcony or terrace with a view of the greenery. The accommodation is located in different parts of the Black Forest House dating from 1639 or in the Belle Époque main building from the 19th century.

In the five individually designed rooms of the "Adler Stuben" restaurant in the Schwarzwaldhaus, Baden specialties and international seasonal dishes are served - in the very own interpretation of kitchen director and spice sommelier Bernhard König, who comes from the region and is committed to the Slow Food® philosophy. The hotel therefore also supports this initiative.

We achieve this, among other things, with our photovoltaic system, which supplies us with electricity from the sun. We also use Venosta wood as a source of heat in the wood chip system, obtain many of our groceries directly from our own garden or cattle shed and for the rest we try to use zero-kilometer products whenever possible.
