The project, commissioned by the three brothers Andreas, Christian and Alex Goller, represents their dream come true and embodies their passion for hospitality, love of nature and life’s pleasures.

As you can tell by name of the hotel, the amiable hoteliers place particular importance to their land and family: in fact, Santre is a mashup of "San" for Sant’Andrea and "tre" for three brothers.

But what makes this destination special? On one hand is the incomparable location of the structure, located on a sun-kissed hill with a spectacular view of the mountains and the Isarco Valley. On the other hand, the many recreation and relaxation choices, ranging from sports in the countryside together with your hosts, to moments of regeneration in the spa, to excellent food and wine offerings. Nothing is left to chance: attention to quality and detail are a constant in every area.

Case in point: the 62 suites with an enchanting view, furnished with handpicked natural materials and decorated in warm tones. Even in the dining room, your gaze can get lost on the horizon, while your palate is delighted by traditional and innovative dishes based on fresh, regional ingredients.

In addition, some of the unmissable highlights are exclusive wine and cheese tastings and our iconic lounge with cocktail bar. Five days a week, we invite you on a special culinary journey of discovery through ...liebes Rot-Flüh, where you can dine in our restaurants at no extra charge. Start your day with an unobstructed view of Lake Haldensee in our breakfast room. The aroma of fresh bread and pastries fills the air. Our breakfast chef will prepare eggs from happy chickens from the region for you or you can try our deliciously healthy porridge, which provides plenty of energy despite being low in calories. At lunchtime, you can dine in the Grotto Vale Pino or on the pool terrace, where quality Alpine products are prepared with plenty of Mediterranean sophistication. In the afternoon, you can enjoy coffee and a variety of cakes from our in-house patisserie in the Montanara Hall. In the evening, you have a free choice between gastronomic excellence in "La Cascata nobile" or a delicious 3-course menu, which you can select from our a la carte menu in the "Via Mala" experience restaurant. You can also bring the day to a tasteful close with a traditional fondue evening.
