There is also a mountain cave pool terrace and indoor pool, also with a magnificent view of the Omeshorn, the local mountain. The extended relaxation rooms also look in this direction and the Swiss stone pine room in particular increases the level of relaxation thanks to the delicate scent of this wood. The fitness room and adjoining yoga and meditation room offer space for conscious movement.

TIME TO ENJOY:
Plant-based alpine cuisine with delicious vitamin bombs, detoxing with vegan-vegetarian, alkaline and ketogenic menus, through to dishes that are familiar to us: Grandma's recipes, traditionally prepared the way we've always loved them. Whichever culinary option you choose, you are sure to find a fine wine from one of Austria's largest wine cellars to accompany it. Everything is possible - nothing is a must. Blooming wildflower meadows and the view of the mountain peaks let you forget everyday life at the Hotel Goldener Berg. Around 350 km of marked hiking trails as well as bike routes and climbing tours are waiting to be discovered. The Lech Golf Club has an 18-hole and a 9-hole course. A vacation at the Hotel Goldener Berg is also ideal for families, as numerous activities for young and old await you in the surrounding area. As a guest at the Goldener Berg, you can book the Lech Card from 2 days: enjoy special benefits such as free use of all cable cars, guided themed hikes, use of the local bus and much more.

Winter:
Free from the crowds, get on your skis right outside the hotel and off you go: over 300 kilometers of pistes and 200 off-piste kilometers await you in Austria's largest ski area. But even without skis, you are in good hands on the Goldener Berg: Directly from the hotel, there are many kilometers of wonderful hiking trails, cross-country ski trails or Nordic walking as well as jogging trails, which are perfectly groomed every day. All of these sports in beautiful natural surroundings are easy to learn and bring joy to the heart. The snow-covered mountain panorama around the Hotel Goldener Berg is also a perfect backdrop for mediation, alpine bathing, heart and tidal walks.

An established hotel: the Riedlberg has been owned by the Graßl and Mühlbauer families since 1912 and has been carefully expanded from a small mountain inn to a 4-star superior wellness hotel, yet has remained manageable with 58 rooms and suites.
The secluded location in the middle of a large forest estate guarantees heavenly tranquillity and pure, clean air. The unspoiled landscape invites you to take long hikes in the pristine landscape of the Bavarian Forest as soon as you arrive. Since 2020, our guests have also been able to rent e-mountain bikes or an e-car for excursions directly on site.
Our feel-good dreamland covers 5000 square meters with indoor pool (31°) and whirlpool (36°), year-round infinity pool (31°), as well as year-round brine pool (36°). The highlight of the wellness area at the ADLER Thermae are the pools filled with hot thermal water that comes directly from the natural spring of Bagno Vignoni; the water temperature at the spring is around 50° C, but is reduced to 36° C in the pool.

The medical component is becoming increasingly important for ADLER. In addition to balneotherapy, the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE offers a wide range of high-quality medical services. Guests have the opportunity to have a convenient health check during their vacation without having to leave the resort. In addition to individual doctor visits and consultations, weekly programs for weight loss and nutrition, detoxification, prevention and anti-aging as well as stress management can be booked to restore psychophysical balance and gain new vital energy.
The programs also include professional diagnostic examinations, which are carried out directly in the ADLER analysis laboratory at the hotel. The tests are carried out on site and the results are delivered the same day with a medical report.

CUISINE
The cuisine at ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE is fresh, seasonal and based on high-quality local produce. It creates authentic taste experiences, with a particular focus on well-being. The chefs serve traditional Tuscan dishes as well as original creations every day. The dinner menu offers a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as vegan options on request. All baked goods, including bread, are made entirely in the hotel kitchen using carefully selected organic flours from the Val d'Orcia.

Bergdorf Sterr: Less than 100 meters from the hotel, the six rustic old wood chalets are arranged around a peaceful swimming pond in a unique symbiosis with nature to form a small mountain village. Four chalets for two people and two chalets for four people captivate guests with their stylish, rustic charm. A successful example of privacy with an open fireplace, private sauna and outdoor whirlpool on the terrace. With their loving attention to detail, these chalets were and still are style-defining in the region. The Bergdorf is the epitome of relaxing coziness, and it is located very close to the hotel, which Bergdorf guests can use in all its diversity if they wish: whether garden, bar, restaurant or wellness area. It is decorated with the exact same shades of light blue green, the mere sight of which induces peace and serenity to the mind, allowing the body and mind to relax.
