How to strengthen the immune system.
Fresh air, exercise and sun: In general, it can be said that the healthiest form of exercise is walking. Excessive exercise or overexertion can weaken the immune system. The most important thing is that you enjoy the movement.
Reduce stress: Psyche and immune system are closely related. Chronic stress in particular has a major impact on our immune system.
Tips for inner peace: mind control (reducing the noise in your head, autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, finding a place of retreat, exercising in nature, using social media properly, seeking and enjoying stillness.
Predominantly plant-based organic food (promotes the microbiome in the intestine), adapt nutrition to the respective energy consumption!
Honey and propolis (antibacterial and virus-inhibiting!) Propolis is used by the bees to protect the hive and their colony. Propolis protects against intruders on the one hand and pathogens on the other. Just as it protects the bees, it can also protect humans against germs and inflammation.
Vitamin C and vitamin D (vitamin D is mainly formed by UVB sun exposure). However, due to the current lockdown, it's more difficult, especially if you don't have a garden. A small amount of vitamin D can be obtained through diet - fatty fish e.g. tuna, salmon and mackerel liver, buttermilk eggs, sprouts and dandelion, porcini mushrooms, rolled oats and sweet potatoes. In the event of a deficiency, preparations from the pharmacy can fill up the storage (possibly do a blood test at the family doctor).
Intermittent fasting (12 -16 abstain from eating), therapeutic fasting, inserting fasting days, soup days, abstaining from sugar.
Hot baths and showers, sauna: Hot baths (warming baths) only if you have a healthy heart!
