A yoga retreat with Bettina Burci that allows body and soul to relax in the wonderful ambience of the Dolomites. For six days we will practice Vinyasa Flow Yoga in the morning, a flowing, supple yoga style in which breathing and movement are performed in a particularly synchronized manner - muscles are strengthened and stretched, the body becomes toned and flexible. If you wish, you can take part in a silent meditation beforehand. In the evening we practice Yin Yoga, a very calm and relaxing style of yoga, the yoga positions are mainly performed lying down and held longer. Yin Yoga is a very meditative style of yoga, which among other things has a great influence on the fascia and connective tissue. The muscles are relaxed, the fascia stretched, we come to letting go.
During the day, trained hiking guides accompany you on tours of various lengths in the forest, the Salten and the Dolomites.
Bettina is trained in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Bikram Yoga, and has completed numerous yoga training courses as well as Pilates training. For 14 years she has been teaching a modern, medically and scientifically oriented, but also meditative style of yoga full-time. She looks after both competitive athletes and people with everyday strains on the musculoskeletal system.
